Pintu Mon 27/08/2017 06:48Service of rashmi Jena and Jaganath in Buffet good and service of the hotels staff was very good that's why I reccomend in calanguate citrus hotel service is excellent the hotels cook preparation for food is so tasty and quality that other hotel don't serve like this and place of situates near from calanguate beach is excellent place

good landscaping. prompt service assistance.
to improve:
dinner buffet lacked variety.
they need to check and rectify the foul odour emanating from the garden area beside the pool.
locating the hotel through google map takes you to rear side of hotel to an isolated area. do ask for directions to locate hotel entrance.
Staff was great!!!. Chef Sumant Saleskar was excellent. Food was very tasty
myshenoyon 14/08/2017 08:34I recently stay for 4 days till 12 Aug 2017... Rooms are big and staff especially in the restaurant are very helpful and ready to serve you with your choice if buffet lunch or dinner doesnot suit you. Chef Sumant Saleskar personally attends each table to know whether any thing else is required which i have not seen anywhere in Goa.
Only disappointing thing i encountered was bathroom drainage was not up to the mark... may due to some renovation going on during my stay at Citrus Goa... But still i will give them full marks for the way they treat guest...I had taken their Family package
Excellent hotel for spending your vacation in GOA
George Non 12/08/2017 10:33Citrus GOA is an excellent hotel for spending your vacation, service was excellent, rooms were very clean and towels were always new.
Breakfast, lunch & dinners were very rich, a wide variety of Indian and international food.
All hotel staff starting from maintenance team up to reception and Administration were very generous, kind and friendly with us.
Special thanks to General Manager Mr. Debajyoti Sanyal for his kindness, professional and high education. It was a unique experience for us. No doubts we will repeat it in the future.
The stay was very pleasant.
Hardik220189on 11/08/2017 10:11Mr. Mahesh & Ms. Archana at front desk, with their team were too good at their services provided to our group. Regarding restaurant, Mama The Chef and his Co Chef served us variety of delicious food on each day of our stay. nothing was repeated in 3Nights stay over there. Even the staff at the restaurant were apt in providing services to us. Visiting Goa and not staying at Citrus is kind of one's loss of apt services and food. a must visit property.
