this is very cheap quality service apartment. Of Course price is also bit less but better to get good OYORooms in near by area than this.

They do not have very good food :(.

Location is very convenient.

Check AC before you select room. Some AC do not make proper cooling.

Place with near by all options

I went to this place along with my wife for her official trip, where i was new to Bangalore at that time, but this place is like our neighbors house, where the front desk person Mr.Ragavendra was so good in helping, we checked in around 11.30 PM so you can trust with late check in and check out, complimentary wifi but you need to be patient enough to get connected, complimentary breakfast also good, power back up was amazing, room service really good but they are very good at their own regional language still helpful. Also there is lot of good restaurants around this place, yasomathi hospital, spice garden bus stop are the good landmarks, Hyper village is nearby, Hypercity Mall is like 10 minutes walk, transport from this place to Silk Board, Majestic are like super cool where you will get AC Volvo bus with affordable price every 10 minutes max.

Basic Serviced Apartment

Basic Serviced Apartment near ITPL.Comes wth a living room and a bedroom.When we were there the Lifts were not working so taking up the luggage 2 floors up was not so easy.Breakfast was not so worth it wth a dish of the day served in the room like one day we had dosa's and the next day aloo paratha.Water clogging in the bathroom also when u have a bath so the next person using will have a tough time.
So a very basic one if you are alright just for the room and nothing else.

We stayed there for couple of months and were totally satisfied by the place. It is in a good location ( lot of restaurants around and accessible to many areas ) . Staff were friendly and supportive. Rooms are quite spacious and kitchen is well equipped. Wifi facility was also available but had lil problem with that but measures were taken to fix it. On the whole affordable price for a long stay in serviced apt.

I stayed here for five weeks. The apartments are clean, spacious and comfortable. The staff is very friendly, and helpful. The food is good, and at a fair price. It was ideal for my location, as I was working across the street. There is a HyperCity (similar to a Target or Walmart) in walking distance.
