I hate that place.. it's true that is hole of criminals and the staff wasn't interested in anything, she slept all day, they don't speak English, they only can critic everyone... Dirty room and sheets, everywhere are insects, 24h/7 noise in that place.
Only one positive thing - the location. It's cheap but I don't recommend that place anyone. I will never ever back there again!

Hole of criminals. Staff wasn't interested in anything, she slept all day. Dirty room and sheets. Noise all night and people just put on the lights on in the middle of the night and start talking loud.
Only positive thing was the location. It's cheap but terrible, never again !!!

If you look for a perfect spot for a low price, go for it!
Please keep in mind, enter this hostel on your own risk.
Everything else is crap!
Towels with blood. Dirty bathroom.
No clean sheets.
Constant noise.
Only saw someone of the staff at the checking-in, after that I didn't see anybody for 3 days!

Ночью спать не дают, запах винта везде, не советую там остановливаться!
Not good place to stay, look for something else. It is very cheep because of bad reception and not honest people in there! In place like Kiev it is better to pay more (renting a flat, doba.ua is good site to find a flat), giving money to people who worth it and not other way round. Very disappointed!

The lift was broken, so having to walk up the stairs we saw 3 piles of human feces (poop), used condoms, as it seems they let homeless people stay in their stairs (not safe!). At 3am people were also in stairs yelling and arguing. We told person at front desk and reply was "yeah"... So on top of unsafe environment, loud noise at all hours of night, disgusting conditions, they had horrible customer service. Many better hostels around city center than this one.
