Indifferent to travellers requests
livingonajetplaneon 11/08/2016 12:06I asked for a quiet none smoking room. I got a room to the street side on top of the entrance where people smoked and all the smoke came into my room if I opened the window.
Breakfast selection was good. Windows were sound proof. Room was clean. Free mineral water.
Bus loads of Japanese tourists

Mr Fawlty type hotel manager or receptionist unable and unwilling to help. Why should he, he had their money. Leaky showers, loud water pipes, worn out carpets. Animals in the restaurant. To be honest I am surprised the waiter was not called Manuel. A horrendous place to stay and relax.
I would not recommend this hotel to you even if you were deaf or blind.
Pay a little extra and choose another hotel in the area.
The only good thing about this hotel is leaving it.
Oh by the way I started to write this review at 6 on Sunday morning....and we still have another night of misery here unfortunately
They turn OFF the heating at night!!!!
Peter Hon 03/03/2016 23:04All over in Germany at hotels they dont heat I dont know why. Here is the same, 16-18 degrees in Celsius in the rooms...If you mention they dont do anything about it, even they lied about turn the heat higher. Bring a heater wit you...
