Nice little find

Low pay = Low quality

If you are a web freak like me, no good, even so internet should be available, in my 4 days stay I could only really use 5% of the time I was at the hotel.
Parking free on the streets, IF you can find a spot, or else you'll have to walk a block or so.
Hotel no accessible for wheel chair.
Room were very dusty, look like it hadn't been open for a while.
There is no minibar and do not try to use the restaurant fridge. If you depend for a medicine or something else, no support will be given from the hotel.
Summarizing, I chose for the price and the breakfast, after staying, would have paid the same price in a 4star hotel and eaten breakfast on the streets.

Mel Bon 30/06/2017 09:20Quick two night break with my mum to see my brother who lives in Berlin - staff couldn't be more helpful, simple but nice clean comfortable room. Good breakfast. Made to feel welcome. Would definitely stay here again
Modest room overlooking a quiet couryard.
akliselimon 22/06/2017 21:02Room was very basic and modest but very clean and bright with sunlight. Big windows overlooking a very quiet and bright courtyard with a big beautiful tree. Even the quite spacious bathroom was with daylight. The main street directly in front of the hotel is not pleasant, but the neighbourhood around, especially towards the canal has many nice places for spending time. The receptionist/owner? seems like a special character, but I had no bad experiences with him. No reception or any assistance after 18:00.
Rude staff, overpriced rooms
Jeff Bon 03/06/2017 10:06Spent a few nights here with my friends to celebrate my 30th birthday. On arrival the receptionist/owner(?) had already decided to hate us. He told us the rules at least twice in English and once in German! He seemed absolutely sure that we would break them, and seemed genuinely disappointed when we brought back both our keys, and left the room in good condition. At one point one from our group needed to work on his laptop for an hour or so, but was rudely thrown out of the breakfast area. "This is the breakfast area, you cannot work here" was his reason! The wifi did not work in the rooms so he ended up in the hallway.
The rooms were okay. No air conditioning though, so if you for some reason feel the urge to sleep in this overpriced (240€/night for a four person room) hole, then you might want to do it in the winter! Anyway it is probably better to avoid this place.
