I have spent many days here, it is normal. Breakfast is alright if You are just passing by, not a good option for long stays; You could get for the same price better options of breakfast around the area( they charge additional 10 € for breakfast) . Rooms need better ventilation , I only had a tiny ventilator in my room and the location of some smoking rooms are totally room, I wanted to open the window sometimes and there was somebody smoking in the room next to mine! Receptionists are ok, nice ladies always speaking in their own language ! Russian or Ukrainian I guess , pretty awkward sometimes! Housekeeper were really nice ladies, but they didn't change the bed sheets unless you told them. I arrive to the hotel while strolling around , so I decided to stay! Later on the week I asked if I could change room and get a lower price because I will staying longer, they change my price rate in the same room for the price advertised on the internet! If You are planning to visit the area to come back to the hotel only to sleep it is a good option, there is no entertainment inside the hotel, the wifi is not good and you have to ask for a code daily which it was pretty annoying for me that I been there some weeks. There is a mall close to the hotel and some restaurants and stores around , many Asian restaurants, prices are not too bad. So if you decide to chose this hotel do your reservation online! I think the prices are good for the quality and a short stay!

first of all ofenbach is 20 mins in train from franfurt main station, the trains are frequent enough , but theoffenbach hauptbanhoff is a vey small small station without an elevator or railway personnel,
the hotel kaisserhof is at a very covenient location close to the station.
its a family run hotel. we were given a reltively new room so it was very neat , the facilities were much more than what we expected from them . nce clean well ventilated room and bath, the staff were always helpful and always ready to provide whatever extra service when requested, breakfast was just average

Absolutely Atrocious, Unfreindly Racist Staff. Some more like a prison than a hotel.

Dear management,

For the last 5 day's i have been staying in Kaiser hotel at Offenbach. Wich should be a 4 star hotel but mine exprience was not even 2 star!

I have a few complaints

Starting with the room, it was too hot and there was only a little fan available when we asked for a solutiin they said: We can not do anything for you.

The shower was cold and warm, we complained about it but they didnt do anything about it.

The bed was not comfortable at al, the mattress was like sinking deep in it.

The room was not cleaned for the last 3 days.

There were bugs flying around

I had to book a cab becoz i couldnt take my car out the garage. They didnt gave us coins to get out the garage or to get inback coz there wa nobody at the reception Costs:75 euro

One night we called the the reception coz i have witnessed with my own eyes thats the back emergency door was left open on purpose with a book and i could here some people trying to get in, when i called the tecpetion to do something they said clearly u can call tmrow reception is closed! Thats it!

And the last thing! I was supose the check out on monday 3 july, but becoz i had a big operation on 28 june, i asked a friend to help me packmy bags for the next day. Becousei can bend down. When we entered the hotel the woman at the reception named: frau Rack said there are no visitoa alllowed and when i explained that i need help to pack mybags coz i had a opatation she said: If ur visitor comes upstairs with u, i will call the police!!! This is out of limits!!!! I didnt wanted to stay there any longer and when i asked to getme the manager or superior. She refused and speaking very rude with us. So i got out of that hotel we booked a other hotel paid 120 euro. I filmed the whole drama on my phone!

Cheap and friendly atmosphere for business trip. The condition is very nice . The price is very reasonable in comparison with the service . The hotel is around 10 km from Frankfurt am Main international airport.

In Frankfurt for the Automechanika show

Very large event - consequently hotels are busy and they all treble their prices

Thus, I thought we'd done well to find a hotel for 240 euros a night, albeit some distance from the city centre

Upon arrival we discovered why - the hotel is currently a building site

All of the corridors have new exposed wiring mid installation, no carpets etc - I honestly could believe it when I stepped out of the lift

The bathrooms look new but the rooms are still old and very very hot - currently no a/c

We didn't stay - we will let our business travel agency sort the monies out

I feel a little bad for writing such a negative review as clearly they are trying to improve the place but they should make it clear that they have major renovations underway and also that it is going to be do stiflingly hot
