Very poor room and inflexible cancellation policy
Martin Con 25/07/2017 19:51For a business class hotel very cramped room, uncomfortable bed and very expensive for what you get.
Breakfast was ok. Bar was very smokey. Colleagues had requested non smoking rooms but got rooms that had clearly been used recently by smokers
Wanted to check out one day early giving 24 hrs notice but still charged me for the room

Two points for improvement
. Add Coffee machine in the room
. Add refrigerator in the room
Also some noises and the restaurant required some improvements
But overall I recommend this hotel and I would be happy if I stayed in zug to stay in city hotel schosen
Old old old fashion hotel very smelly
Simona Con 19/07/2017 21:55Like being sent back to the eighties; old furniture, awful moquette, dark rooms and corridors, but most important an horrible smell of smoke everywhere. I had to sleep with the window open all night as it was really disgusting. I understand there are rooms for smokers but they should ask or at least inform you when they give you a room like that, even if the smell is spread in the whole hotel.
The people at the reception are kind and nice, but the hotel definitely needs to be cleaned and remodeled !

The lake nearby (5 min walking distance) is a fantastic site to relax your mind. Overall service is excellent with the cheerful staff... it is more than a hotel!
Typical swiss hotel. Must stay if you are in zug Switzerland.
VijayaBagreton 11/06/2017 08:46Beautiful place👌,scenic if you have the back view of the hotel🏞🏞🏔🏔🏔. Very traditional🏚🏚🏚. Good food🍞🍞🧀🍎🍉. Lake is near...can grab some beers and perfect place to chillout.🧀🍻🍺 If you go to zug,Switzerland... this is the best hotel i have seen and experienced. 👌
