DipinMathewon 12/08/2017 11:07Stayed there for one night. not up to the mark. Rooms are spacious. Bathrooms are not so clean. Far away from three star standards.
No one from house keeping picked our calls. Waited nearly half an hour after calling the reception to send hk boy.
Electronic key door was stucked and that wasted our one hour.
Most terrific thing was the price of tea and coffee. They charged Rs. 100 for a single cup of tea. They were not ready to give us bill for that too.. When I asked them about this, they told that this is including 20% GST.
Anyway not going book there anymore...
Wonderfull Property near to Church

Operations manager Mr. Arivalagan and Mr. Saravanan - Front office was very Good and Not the least Ms. Kalanithi - Front office organise our pickup and Drop from Railways Station as well. Felt really Blessed and Comfortable as well. God Bless the Entire Team.
One of the Best places in Velankanni
jeffrey mon 01/08/2017 15:53from the pickup at Trichy railay station by the hotel driver Ravi, the safe and comfortable ride in the Innova to the point of check in, everything was smooth and no waiting at any point.
the hotel by itself is very clean with very attentive staff both at the reception and the room service. food is prompt, clean and tasty. anout a 8-10min walk to the main basilica and very close to the morning star hotel the location also is attractive.
Headed by the charming Mrs Kalanithy who was very helpful from the time of making our booking till we finally left the hotel i would like to thank the staff and her for the wonderful experience.
I would have given this a 5/5 but the rooms did require a few fixes like the plug point and the toilet shataf. while these are very minor issues overall for a hotel 6 years old they have really made a good effort to update it with the times

Good and comfortable stay
AmritaGPunjabion 07/07/2017 12:53Hotel located close to church and beach which is convenient. Hotel suitable for families for short stay. Decent food and over all facilities provided. Could View church from the room. Reception and reservation staffs were courteous. Few suggestions will make it an excellent stay for guests like air conditioning cooling to be monitored in rooms and restaurant area at all times.
Overall comfortable place to stay.

PAULSONPDon 22/06/2017 06:18Ideally located. all east side rooms can be used as view points to see the entire church and surrounding area. Good food and service. the morning star church is almost opposite side. Overall remarkable experience.
