We enjoyed a lot at resort. well maintained amenities, room condition . one problem in studio appartment is no exhaust fan or ventilation in Bathroom.Staff is very cooperative and food we enjoyed. swimming pool is also well maintained.

We visted Kumbhalgarh in March 2015. Stayed in tent studios. The experience was amazing. The Tents are very unique and provide a different experience. The kids zone is very nice and the swimming pool is also very good. We hired a Innova from the travel desk for our first day trip but the driver was so nice and helpful that we hired him for the full 8 days of our trip to Udaipur and mount abu also. There are a lot of attractions which can be visited from Kumbhalgarh. The kumbhalgarh fort and Ranakpur temples are amazing.

Our stay at Club Mahindra was comfortable, warm and good food specially their Fun Dining (buffet). Clean sheets and like...
Do visit the Fort (6 Kms) and then walk up (1 km) and enjoy the panoramic view all around. There is a decent restaurant for a lunch. Do not try fancy meal - best are paratha with curd.
Do not miss the local pond 'Ameera Pal' in the village (not the one next to Club Mahindra). It's full of biiig fishes. You will enjoy feeding them. They stand up with their mouth open to be fed. Lovely.
And off-course drive out 65 Kms to see the Ranakpur Jain Temples (observe dress code). Drive is good mostly along streams unbelievable to see them in Rajasthan. A day out picnic.

Best resort with non hilly access to Hill station

Resort: for family and extended family, with friends.
Vibes: very friendly
Ambience: vast resort with lots of options from hotel units to 2BR, best studios 1107,1108 and their adjacent two studios which are close to entrance, to pool, to restaurant, and gazeebo the bar.
Special mention:
Meena: the lady with magic in her work as housekeeping, and never say no approach with a smile on face.
Khushboo, Munmi, indrajit, prashant, Vijay and AVINASH are the person who will always help you in kitchen and room service requirements....they are the best.

Please dont hesitate to request Pavan the souz chef, with any specific need, they will try to go all out to meet your requirement, even in the lazy town of kumbhalgarh.

Very special mention to mgmt: Mr. Sahani, Mr. Supriyo, and Mr. Shambhu, if they know your prerequisites, they will try their best to keep things ready for you....

All in all, a good vibrant resort...

Things to work on: breakfast buffet is very monotonous, can be tweaked to make it a more fun in leisure time, as most of travellers eat the same even in other hotels.

Don't worry, if you travel with infants, they will be taken care of with special, bottle Cleaning, milk in odd hours, special meals requirement, both house keeping and kitchen are well equipped.

So, don't worry, and book this with confidence.

I tried hard to find flaws, but it's was difficult this time to find one this time.

Kudos to mgmt.

Like all mahindra properties I have visited, this was also a pleasant, well located, well maintained resort.. climate is kumbhalgarh was just superb which made the stay even more better. Though there is lot of issues with electricity in the resort, yet the staff took extra effort to organise events n stuff to keep the guests engaged.. except for the fort, there is nothing much one can do.. but the light n sound show is excellent n not worth missing.. plz don't shop at any of the art galleries in kumbhalgarh, if u plan to visit udaipur..as it is much cheaper in udaipur.
