Well we just arrived!
The holiday was good. We still tired because of too much fun with animation team activities. Professional shows ) thanks. We are full because too much foods from beauty stuff kitchen, we still drunk because of too much cocktails from nice people in bar and we miss bed from housekeeping alright we are happy there too much than here!!!!!!
Just there is one little problem in the pier... There is no much control for kids in beach from guard life and this point much take it seriously cuz it about life

I had been with my husband two weeks ago in mega saray it was two weeks hotel is good almost thing good rooms execellent restaurant bars there is no dark sides.Animation team from most best motiins in hotel in activities and partys we love it (joux) the one from. Team was all time funny an kind to us we give this person to much respectfull an good contuniation in his job an as well for all team we will back specialy for team soon thank your for everything.

We are currently at the hotel, finishing up 2.5 weeks. There are lots of good points, but also some serious negative points.

Positive:
- the food is the best we have had in our 7 different hotels in Turkey
- spacious
- pools are cleaned

Negative:
- staff is mostly just doing their jobs, not very personable
- main dining area isn't cleaned
- floors are always very sticky
- waiters aren't usually friendly
- tables aren't cleaned, just get new cloths
- rooms are cleaned, but complimentary items are often not replaced
- sun beds are mostly reserved early. (See picture at 9:15 with no available seats and an almost empty pool)

If the food weren't as good as it is, I'd have to take off more stars.

Restaurant service at the highest level. The food is good, varied, lots of fish 🐟and fresh fruits🍎🍇🍉. Rooms are good, spacious. Cleaned every day.Nice sandy beach.The best team of animators, really enjoyed the lessons of aquatic gymnastics and volleyball, with the best trainer Jouxe. Awesome show and dancing👍

Disappointed

We just arrived back in Germany. We've been in Mega Saray for 6 times. It is a great hotel and we always had great times there with our family. The rooms are always nice and clean, and the food is very good.
But this year was a big disappointment! Mega Saray is not how it used to be, how it should be! Unfortunately there are a lot of Russian people which is a big disadvantage. The animation team contains only Turkish and russian people, maybe three of them can speak German, but also limited. The animation is very demotivated, some of them are looking rude to the guests, others are shy and even some of them are sitting the whole evening on a chair with their phones, even in the disco.
One very bad point that I noticed, was this 16-years old girl from Germany who came with her granny, what a shame.. She behaves like she's part of the animation by following them and by getting drunk with them. Every night this child is walking around, completely drunk and nobody says a word to her. Even the chef sees what is happening. This is the worst advertisement this hotel can have.
The animation is not the same as how it used to be. They are not making fun. This man with the mic is only at the bar doing nothing.
The shows were not as good as usually. 3 of the 4 shows are the same shows as last year.
This concludes that we won't come back.
