If you can avoid this "hotel" - do it!
In the room we were with our daughter. For the whole stay we didn't receive a pillow and sheets for the thing that was suppose to be her bed, even that I spoke with the reception multiple times and we hat do take her in our bed. The rooms and the bathrooms are dirty, moisture and mold everywhere. Our room had broken door to the balcony and with the sight to the dirty backyard and just under the balcony was the path for the hotel's stuff, so they were constantly looking in the room. The tv was some sort of small CRT with very little programs. The receptionists don't speak English, or they know just few words. They weren't very helpful and even some guests wanted additional blankets on proper Turkish they were acting like they don't understand. It was obvious that they are helping mostly the Turkish guests. For 7 days they didn't change the bed's sheets even once. I had to "steal" toilet paper from the maid's car, because they were cleaning only the rooms when the guests in them were leaving. And on 3-4 days they were only changing the towels. Only Turkish guests were treated properly, all of them were on the second or third floor were the good rooms are, The couple we've been with had to change their room 3 times. First they give them a room only with one small window 20x40cm and no balcony, next they were moved in a room with much moisture and mold, after that with one that the air conditioner didn't work. Finally when they got a room on the second floor where the rooms are much better. The food was repetitive, mostly chicken, eggs, potatoes. The strange thing was that the little spoons were rare as chicken teeth - 2 or 3 in the whole restaurant for all kids. The beach is good, next to the hotel. The wi-fi is available only near the reception but it's not very good - the signal is weak, the speed is low and I often had problems to connect, because we had to login in a site, but it was not optimized for mobile devices and I had to use the laptop.
if you read there you saw that Mersin Club is not a good hotel, is a cheap hotel but the food is very poor, no entertainment, little pool, just the beach is very good-Davutlar Beach is the best from Kusadasi.

We went to this hotel in August of this year... We was the only English people staying there, we felt so out of place and was treated quite differently to the other stayin guest.. most of whom where Turkish and i think Algerian or Albanian... Out of all the staff who worked there only one of them spoke to us nicely and that was the restaurant manager, as for the rest of them they rude and really didnt have the time of day for us.. There was a little old lady who made turkish pancakes and she was nice... as for the hotel.. our view from our balcony was a dirty looking oil/water tanker and a pile of rubbish/garbage bags... the door from the patio kept falling off.. the balcony was filthy...as for the room, the bed was so hard it probably would of been comfier sleeping on the floor, their was a tv in the room for what it was worth as we could only get one channel on it... there is wifi in the lobby which never worked for us.. but guest from other countries including their own seem to get the wifi no problem... food wasnt too bad.. but quite a lot repetitive... they did have something barbequed each night which was normally either fish or chicken. Im disabled and walk with a stick..there are quite a few steps in the place so not suited for people with walking difficulties.. especially as the restaurant is based on the 2nd floor. A couple of times cleaners did not leave toilet rolls in the room and the fun we had trying to get the reception staff to understand us.. still no toilet roll, in the end we bought our own. The reception manager was very rude.. he only had time for people who could talk his own language.. we asked if we could extend the room for a few hours on the day of departure due to being ill, even our rep asked for us, we offered to pay but he said no outright but the Turkish man next to us his room extended without a problem.... Even tho i was ill, most days we went out as the bus was only across the road as we got better treatment in the town of Kusadasi itself.. it saved us being treated as outcast... if your English do not go to this hotel... have heard from the rep that it is closing, being knocked down and rebuilt.. best thing for it.
First off let me tell you that the hotel is not in fact in Kusadashi, but actually a couple of miles out of the city..A nice setting if you're looking for peace and quiet (Familly vacation),but for 500 students wanting to party hard, not so much,or for anybody who'd like to party.
The hotel has a very nice swimming pool, and a beach front (A beautiful sandy beach),but that's where the nice things end.
There is a basketball/tennis court (2 in 1) that you have to pay for, only table tennis is free from all the activities, and just before the beach you have a very long path for walking/cycling (you can rent a bike),I got up at 6 am just so I can enjoy the sunrise, just stunning, but again, beach related)
The staff, although most of them don't speak a word of english(some do,but god bless you if you understand 2 words that they say) really nice.
The rooms are archaic,it's like you're in a goddamned concentraion camp, you have a normal bed,an old little CRT televsion set with 15 channels (1 is english, some sort of buisness channel),thank god for the AC...
The food is horrible,I ate scrambled eggs for breakfast, needless to say I had diahrrea for the next 3 days..And the food is ALWAYS the same.
My advice is,avoid this hotel if you can,it's not bad,but if you're in Turkey, and you want your money's worth back,go somewhere closer to the city center, more modern,I suggest a boutique hotel..
We have just come back, we were the only English people staying there, none of the staff spoke one word of English they were rude and didn't care, the room was awful , the view was of a tree ! Shower door came off, bed was like a rock, food was warm and the same every night, the beach and swimming pool are nice and clean apart from that I would never go back .
