wonderful place to relax whole family ... rooms clean - cleaned every day, fun super meal - a large selection of 1 ***, personal supr ... Still smile on his face, pool clean, wifi only one mistake could be the quiet rooms for a fee as safe ... or gives you 5 stars. ... Holiday is what you make it to everyone. ..

undermanding place for alcoholic people

Where should I start.... I am waiting for going home so so much!
1.the beach.... unusable, dirty, always wawes.. the seawed is everywhere! sommebody always want to sale something for you... like cigaret, clothes... bags.. always, always and you can have a rest, because they do not understand NO!
2. the food... like an "illusion" you are waiting to eat, still you start!!! no taste (you need salt I swear) the fruits... terrible, like on a market 80-90% are DAWN!!! you must pick for 10-15 minutes to find 1 or 2 wich is good! you are lucky if you find them!!! and UNWASHED :( terrible...
3. animators... you can have a rest, they are irritating... why dont the understand no??? and on the restaurant you are eating with them! why?? on the same time.
4.the bar... you must wait for 10-20 minutes to get something because ONLY 1 PERSON is working there always!! from the service men only 2 person is kindly and ok!! every other person is unfrinendly, and they dont like if you asking something!!
everybody is alcholic, drinking... loud... NOBODY SPEAKS ENGLISH from the workers here!!! on the reception you always have to wait for long time.... like on the bar!
5.sleeping... everybody always loud... always...

choose this hotel if its free and dont need money :) if you dont have big claims, food is all the same (no taste, not washed etc) and you are always drinking alcohol.. its good for you, maybe you will like if you are always dunk... im waiting for going home and forget this terrible holiday...... 4 star? please forget it....now

Really i don't have words to discribe my unsatisfaction from this hotel
All things are not good reception, room, food, animation
I'm so angry because i find myself face to a big problem of course with my wife we can't find funny things i'm so sad for my money that i'm paid

Hotel Maschine for large group of tourists

Stayed two nights before and after our share desert 100km running marathon. Hotel is so big and therefore it was so difficult to find room. Not much assistance for luggage and directing. Service level was weak. This hotel is for accommodation for large groups. real long waiting area for eaten. Again missing persons for drinks service. Cleaniness was poor. First night we had old room in sector 100. Second night in newer room. For us was it equal, because we where used to spartan conditions, but never want to spend vacation there...

The best hotel with perfect animation in Djerba

I am going to Rimel since 2012. I was there a lot of time, in summer and in winter too. I cannot tell nothing bad about this hotel and really I don´t understand why some people have got a problem with animation team. In all Djerba you will not see the team who is working like them. They are professional and they are working all the day and sometime during the night. The program is every day and because of big number of animators there is so much activities. So nobody will boring :-) One of the reason why people are going back is the animation teams :-)

The accomodation is ok for 4 stars hotel. I was too in another hotels in Djerba so I know about what I am talking. The all inclusive has got really everything what you can wish. People on the reception desk are very friendly and they try to help to you with everything.... Staff in the restaurant and bar do for you really everything after receive tips :-) But like this it is in all Tunisia.... Beach are so nic with a lot of sunbeds and chairs. Of course it depends of the weather if the sea will be clean or not. But this isn´t mistake of the hotel...

I think that everybody who will go to Rimel will be satisfied and will want to go back :-)
