Comfortable Stay, recommend for breakfast in their new restarent
williamsneil949on 21/07/2017 16:09Pleasant stay, allow me to early check-in around 12:30 pm, extremely helpful front desk staff, lost my charger at airport but on arrival the guy at front desk arranged for me for next three days, hotel is a bit older but good option for the economy price.

552cjgon 21/07/2017 05:11First of all the location lends itself to potentially having items stolen from your vehicle, which happened to us. You will bump into a few drunks on your way in and out of the Inn. Secondly, the rooms hit and miss on their cleanliness. Thirdly if you ever have any problems the management lives in Vancouver and doesn't really care too much about customer service.
No management... your out of luck if you have a problem
Meaghan Fon 20/07/2017 05:32Room quality...not consistent sometimes it was fine, other times there were stains on the sheets and hair all over the bathroom. My bag was stolen out of their storage room due to negligence on their part (they left the door open)
Managers response...after trying to find out who the manager was for over a week..." you shouldn't have trusted us to keep your bag, it's not my problem."

412garyoon 04/06/2017 19:59The hotel is pleasant enough, good location, needs some TLC to bring it up to the standard consistent with the price. The $5.00 per room for breakfast at White Spot was disappointing and as such we didn't bother to use it, we went elsewhere for breakfast.
