Clean Hotel Friendly Folks A Great Stay Thanks!!

After reading the reviews I was a bit skeptical! I was in town for a Family reunion and the Quality Inn in Elyria exceeded my expectations. My room was a nice size. The bed was comfortable had no problem requestinf extra pillows even though my king bed had 5! My room was also very clean! The desk clerk even let me go check it before check in. I was pleased with room condition and the cleanliness. Breakfast was alot, waffles, scrambled eggs, hashbrowns, sausage links one day patties the next, cereals, fruits really to much to list. I can't believe this hotel doesn't have more positive reviews. Next year I will be back!!

We got in late as we were traveling from Wisconsin to Cape Cod,but the desk clerk was so nice to us, she made sure we had everything we needed. She even held The door for me! The breakfast had so many choices and was Great! Room was amazing. Would stay again for sure!

I stayed at this hotel on a recent road trip to Maryland. First impressions weren't great. Tired, dated 80s decor. Front desk staff were not overly friendly. When I was checking out, no one was even at the desk. Room was spacious and clean but again decor was really dated. Beds were decent and comfortable. We had to leave without breakfast so I can't comment on the food.

We stayed here for one night while on a recent road trip. Upon entering the hotel, I noticed that the decor was really dated. The room was large and clean, and similarly with dated decor. The bed was comfortable. I didn't have time to get breakfast in the morning so I can't comment on the food.

My husband and I stayed here this weekend for an event. Our room was DISGUSTING! See by the pictures. When my husband said something to the front desk, we got a new room immediately. Which is why I'm giving 2 stars. Also the beds were comfortable. However, the desk clerk didn't seem the least bit shocked when we told her about the state of our 1st room. Red Flag!
