tin_hornon 13/06/2017 12:35Clean, quiet room. Great front desk help. We had to sort out which card was paying for which room in our multi-family party and the night clerk was patient and helpful. The hotel appeared to be in good condition. I would stay again.
Honesty still exists!
Stefani Fon 02/06/2017 03:20My husband and I were on a road trip and stopped here for the night! The gentleman at the front desk greeted me so warmly and was very nice and friendly! The hotel is nothing special but the room was very clean and comfortable. We left the next morning and a few hours later I got a phone call from them. Apparently I had left my makeup bag in the room. They asked for my address so they could send it to me! I had no idea there were still such sweet and honest people around! Thanks so much you guys!!!!
Run Down Motel Overpriced
Rob Pon 31/05/2017 01:03I don't know what is the problem with Santa Rosa NM motels, there all over priced and run down. Have stayed at the Hampton Inn several times and then switched to the Comfort Inn up the steet. The hotel is over priced and run down. The rooms are clean but the rest of the hotel and services are terrible. Believe me, your better servived by driving an extra hour and staying in Albuquerque.
Close to I-40 but good nights sleep
GrandFan13on 25/05/2017 00:13Stayed one night on the road at Comfort Inn Santa Rosa. They don't accept pets which is a priority for us since we don't travel with pets and have some allergy issues. Hotel lobby was very nice and we received the room type and location we requested. Rooms and hotel seem refurbished or fairly new and appeared clean. Internet was good with quick access. Breakfast was typical fare but such a nice amenity before heading out on the road. Location is right off I-40 with easy access. There are not many eating options nearby.

LoveToGo629on 22/05/2017 01:23This Comfort Inn is clean, modern, and has a friendly staff. The desk clerk was really nice at check in and check out. The room was a good size and the beds were extremely comfortable. We didn't use it but there is a nice indoor pool and a small hot tub. The breakfast was really good with scrambled eggs & sausage, 2 types of waffles, and the usual cereals, breads, etc.
