Great Time
Jawaun Mon 29/05/2017 02:31I just want to put a stop to the madness right now!! This place is nothing but awesome, so for all the bad reviews and scam alerts its not happening here. I was a little hesitant myself when I read the reviews, but when I went for myself all I can say is the staff is amazing not Only did Kevin offer to meet me early at the dock so I could fish early he helped me load and unload my own gear! ALSO!!! yes in fine print it says YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGE TO THE BOAT if you are a boater and know how to fish on the chain then no worries, brought the boat back no prop damage at all signed out and gone home. THANK YOU JET FUNN for a great experience.
See Ya Soon :)
Great Family Fun
RivkiChon 14/11/2016 15:47We went together with a family of all ages- under a year to grandparents in their 80s with a bunch of us somewhere in between :). The older and younger all went on a pontoon boat while those young and young at hear went on a deck boat for a more thrilling experience. We all had a great time.
Fun in the sun with a nice boat!
Eric Bon 20/07/2016 18:22We rented a deck boat for our anniversary. When we got there we were worried about the comments about scamming damages. The girl at the desk was very friendly, went over the prop damage on a demo prop they had, she even said that the paint comes off in the water and she was the one that even recommended we take pictures. She carefully and in detail went over the costs of the different damages that can occur. When we went to the dock, even the young man there said to take pictures or video or whatever made us feel at ease. They sure didn't hide anything or try to be sneaky. Everything was great, the boat was clean, and guess what...no mysterious charges. The model of the boat was a bit old but they chose a solid manufacturer and it ran pretty good. We went through 4 of the lakes and swam at the sand bar. It was a great day and fun in the sun! We will definitely come back to Jet Funn!!
To the negative "scam and prop charged" comments: I have boated my whole life and I know how to properly use the prop trim/tilt for shallow waters. I think most people that say they were charged for damage more than likely are at fault and they should be charged. New boaters or lack of experience, or not paying attention is what leads to people not adjusting properly and then grinding the prop into the lake floor. As long as you do what you are instructed to or what common sense tells you to do, you won't damage a prop. Stay out of the marked shallow areas and don't go in places that have obvious signs of low water or heavy downed tree branches and you will be fine.
Father's day fun
Patricia Don 21/06/2016 02:04We went with our daughter and family for Father's day. Had a wonderful time. Beautiful day. Staff was very friendly. We rented a pontoon boat for 4 hours. My husband needed assistance getting off the boat and the staff that was helping us moved the boat to one of the new docks so it would be level with the boat to get off. They were right there to assist him getting off. All in all staff at dock and inside were great boat was great and the day was perfect. Thanks
Won't Come Here again
Michael Ton 20/03/2016 01:20Rented a pontoon from them for fishing. Got about 500 feet from the dock and the motor quit, Got towed back to the dock. There wasn't another boat available. So was expecting a refund. They only gave me back because they said I dented the pontoon on a rock. "what rock??". We never left the middle of the channel. Had to threaten them with a lawyer before they gave me back a full refund. I live 3 blocks from this place and I won't ever go back
