Very nice hotel!
Amy Bon 03/05/2017 17:14My husband and I stayed here for 1 night. This is a very nice hotel. Our room was clean and spacious. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and there was a good variety of food at breakfast. We would definitely stay here if in the area again.
Stay Somewhere Else --- Anywhere Else
Peter Lon 15/03/2017 19:37This was our second visit to the hotel in 3 weeks since it is the most convenient place for us to stay while we take our son to Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in West Harrison for his chemotherapy treatments.. The first stay was underwhelming, but the hotel manager (Wendy Dallas) asked for an opportunity to do better. We learned from our first trip that amenities were sparse and it would not be a bad idea to bring soap, shampoo and body wash from home. We had asked for extra towels, since the room is really set up for just one person, rather than two, and we were later stunned to be told (after we had checked out) that a bath towel was missing (based on Housekeeping's count). We were wrongly accused of stealing the towel and charged $25 which appeared on our credit card without any notification to us. After a contentious telephone conversation with the owner, she reluctantly agreed to reverse the extra $25 she had charged to our credit card, but we were told that we should not stay at their hotel ever again (Not much chance of that happening, anyway). We filed a formal complaint with Choice Hotels, but the hotel owner chose not to respond to the complaint within the timeframe required by Choice Hotels, even though that subjected them to a monetary fine.
Convenience is important, but not at the expense of quality and common courtesy. Do yourself a favor, and find a different place to stay.

Angel Bon 08/03/2017 19:57the location is convenient, right off the highway exit, diner and restaurants practically next to it, As well as a sport club as well as the hotel having its own gym and pool.
Free breakfast and courteous employees and a business room with computer and fax. Great room service every day and a washer dryer right outside your room. the hotel itself was very beautiful and very clean.
Clean and comfortable
michtort22on 02/01/2017 19:24Recently stayed here when visiting Tarrytown and seeing a show at the Westchester Broadway Theater. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms where a good size and very clean. Also had a decent free breakfast. I would stay here again if in the area.

mplyons01on 20/12/2016 17:20Great stay for 6 nights. Room was very clean and quiet. Complimentary breakfast was also a nice perk. Applebees and Diner located in same parking grounds also was very convenient. Will definitely return when a hotel is needed.
