What People are saying
Adequate, but Shabby
RONALD Aon 25/08/2017 14:50Set back from the road, so rooms are quiet. Needs a facelift or at least a thorough cleaning. Large parking area behind.
Poor WiFi, so guests are not bothered by their tablets or social media. Mediocre breakfast.
Its ok
kellztwinon 05/08/2017 22:04Rooms were pretty clean, staff was very friendly. AC wasn't the greatest. Didn't cool all that great and was noisy. This hotel isn't too bad, rooms smell like old hotels where you could smoke in the room. Smells like damp stale smoke.
A Good Quality Stay during a hot time
kansasccwon 28/07/2017 06:10My stay here was for a trade show, which turned out to be about two blocks away. That was convenient. Also convenient? This is practically next door to a grocery store (Food-4-Less), and exactly next door to a gas station and a McFood. Across from my trade show (which again, was practically around the corner) was a Sams Club. This overall was one of the best locations I've been to in terms of convenience.
This room was more expensive than what I typically book, but then again, so was everything else that weekend. I ended up using some of my loyalty points to pay for it.
Overall, no real complaints. The room was well maintained, the AC was on and cool when I walked in the room (very nice!), and everything worked as it was supposed to.
One thing I want to comment on, was that the breakfast was surprisingly edible. I usually skip hotel breakfasts due to soy allergies. However, not only was this edible, but it didn't get me sick from soy. Yay! I normally snag some McFood breakfast before heading out, and having a McFood withing easy walking distance... I still ate the hotel breakfast. Both days. Yeah, I'm happy with that.
This property has an elevator, just a note for those who need it. It's to the left past the lobby.
There was an ice machine on the first floor, and it worked. It sounded as if it was being powered by a diesel engine, and it produced some of the "wettest" ice I have seen in awhile, but it was stupid hot that weekend, and I was happy for what I could get.
There were several entrances to the property, and enough parking that it didn't seem to be an issue while I was there.
Overall, I'm happy. Again, it's more expensive than what I typically spring for, but hey, gotta use those points eventually.
Dirtiest room I've ever stayed in

The shower had hair in it and what looked to be something a little kid picked out of their nose and wiped on the wall. The back of the toilet was filled with dust and hair and it look like somebody had spit toothpaste on the mirror . The entire carpet was covered in crumbs, lint, popcorn, etc. all of which stuck to the bottom of my feet and ended up in bed. The nightstands were so full of dust I could write on them. Luckily there were three pillows, because one had orange crusty stuff on it that flaked off, another had no pillowcase, and another had hair on it. There was not a top washable sheet for the down comforter. There was also something in the trash can, showing it had not been changed. Unfortunately I checked in at 10 o'clock at night and all other hotels were booked. Bugs are the only thing that could've made it worse and the nights not over yet.
Good location
travelingfromtokanon 16/07/2017 05:56This place was average. Nothing bad, but probably wouldn't stay here again. For the price, guess I expected more. Maybe it just needs some updating or something fresh. Entrance not very appealing. The lady serving breakfast made sure everyone had plenty!
