Last minute stay was great!
mmoore1476on 08/08/2017 21:05The only negative on this hotel was the side doors were broken and that was inconvenient for where our room was but other than that the room was very clean and quiet with a great breakfast! The check in staff needs to let guests know about the broken door before they find out on their own :)
Poor Customer Service
londy338on 27/06/2017 13:45Customer service was terrible. The hotel had water on the steps and floors with no wet floor signs. The front desk man lied and said there was a $50. Security deposit and my bank card was charged $110.

Phillitravelson 27/06/2017 08:02We were very impressed with how clean and new everything was in this hotel. The bathroom was especially nice with a glass door shower. The only issue we had was that the ceiling was very thin in that we could hear every stomping footstep from the room above. Also, there were very few options for dinner nearby. Overall, we had a very nice stay and would definitely recommend this place to others.

baileysmom360on 26/06/2017 00:43I don't like writing "bad" reviews....but when the A/C never cooled our room, refrigerator was warm, dog hair and stains on pull out sofa, and ice maker on our floor was out of order, and pool was also out of order.....just too many things went wrong. Also we had to go to Walmart and buy our own pack n play crib....we have never had to buy one before and we travel a lot. Nice building, nice rooms and bed. Zero amenities. Heard afterwards that there is a brand new Holiday Inn Express. These guys are going to lose business if they don't figure out how to maintain the quality.

Dawn Won 18/06/2017 04:00We would not have stayed at this motel, but it was dark and stormy on unfamiliar mountain roads and we just wanted a room. Since this motel is located all by itself and there isn't another room for miles they charge over $100 a night. My husband and I could not log onto the internet. The ice machine was empty when we got there and still empty when we left. The air conditioner would not cool our room. My husband complained all night about being hot. We did not get a good night sleep. We assume the economy settings on the air conditioner kept us from being able to cool off our room. For the price we paid, we should be able to keep our room a comfortable temperature.
We spent the past two weeks in motels, this one was the one we were least satisfied with. I do not recommend this motel. Keep driving.
