The hotel staff was very accommodating, friendly and helpful. Rooms were very clean and updated.The breakfast had a wide variety of food. The location was very accessible to all Greenville attractions. Highly recommend this hotel.

If you have not "Found" That Hidden Treasure in the "Downtown Greenville SC" you "Need To:That downtown area was well thoughtout, simply captivating, Sidewalks, benches, shopping, "Resturants to your hearts desire,I said that, to say this about "The Staff" at "The Quality Inn Suites" on 10 Mills, Ave, Surina Mciwain, the front desk manager, has a "Smile" so inviting when she speaks to you welcoming you there, it just pulls you right into "Comfortable" glad you came here!!! Her head house keeper "Stephnie" happen to be in the office while we were checking in joined in on our conversation letting us know "If there was anything she or her staff could do to ensure a pleasant stay"Just let Her Know" and it is as good as done! They found out we were there on a return visit celebrating our 29th anniverisary, "To our surprise" we found a Card wishing us a wonderful anniversary under or door" "Now do you see why we say "Surina" and the staff represents Quality inn suites in Beautiful Downtown Greenville is as nice as the town is?" Please go and stay, experience it for yourself, you will not be disappointed!!!

Both times I have stayed here, the accommodations have been a great value. Each time I was able to get a clean room at a great price. The only issues with this place would be the lack of parking (I parked next door at Taco Bell and had a 30 second walk) and the broken down button on the third floor elevator.

I enjoyed my stay there rooms were clean and the worker there are very friendly. Will be returning in August for another month stay hope to see everyone that was so nice and cheerful doing my stay there.

All the staff are great. Top notch folks. Very helpful in all that they do. Room is very nice with the king or king suite. one mile from major hospital and less than 1/2 mile from downtown. Rooms are very clean and well kept.
