Wonderful one night stay
Cherri Hon 03/06/2017 19:00Lilian at the front desk took my reservations in December of 2016 for our trip in May/June 2017. To my surprise she was there to greet us upon arrival and was very accommodating. We left 3 vehicles at this location while we went on a Carnival Cruise. Our vehicles were watched and we returned to find them as we left them. Would most certainly stay here again.

Hotel and Conference Center in Mt. Pleasant
Bob Fon 27/05/2017 06:32I tend only to stay at highly rated hotels, so they tend to get high ratings from me as long as they meet my high expectations. I attended a three-day, two-night conference earlier this week at this facility. It had apparently been recently upgraded and remodeled. My room was in nearly new condition, although the sheets on the bed were near the end of their useful life (one of only two dings in this review.) The conference facility was also in excellent shape, except that the lighting was inconsistent color (temperature in photographer parlance) which made it impossible to get true, even color rendering in my photos of the event without a lot of post-processing. I would suggest that they remove and replace all florescent light bulbs at once rather than as they fail (the other ding.) Staff was attentive and efficient. Desk clerk was very helpful and courteous. Meals were served on time, were at proper temperatures, tastefully presented and delicious. Meal cleanup was unobtrusive and efficient. Water at the tables was replaced - almost like ninjas. (I would notice it was getting low, but when I went to refill my glass, the pitcher had been replaced with a fresh, full pitcher. The facility and service easily handled the crowd which numbered about 300. It appears they could easily handle 400 or more.

Michelle Hon 03/05/2017 03:43This is a great hotel! It has a pool and exercise room, plenty of parking, free breakfast, and friendly staff! The room has a nice size fridge and a microwave. There is a coffee pot in the room as well. The BIG TV is a bonus!

Wade Eon 12/04/2017 22:05Everything was Great. Good Free Breakfast. Rooms were Excellent. Our Hospitality Sweet was Superior. Convention Space was Perfect. The Dinners could use a little Better Chef. But Still Good. Nice location and east access to everything.

lisakR9493JXon 12/04/2017 17:18This is probably one of the nicest hotels in Mount Pleasant. Great service, comfortable, clean room. This is one of my favorites! Bennigans is right in front of the hotel so you can get a bite to eat and not even leave the premises.
