I was here on a business trip and the hotel was in the perfect location. It was not only near my job, but close to downtown so I was able to Uber to the Jazz museum after work. I appreciated that it was "non smoking" however, at times the room smelled really strange (not sure if someone had recently smoked or not). The staff was extremely nice and one staff member, Melody, went out of her way to assist me. I was trying to get a ginger ale from the drink machine but needed change from the ATM. The ATM was being fickle with my card so I asked Melody if it was possible for me to purchase the drink from the front desk. She said no, and as I walked away, she took change from her own pocket and gave me enough to purchase a drink! Needless to say, that small act of kindness stuck with me and just proved how friendly the staff was.

Major complaint was although non-smoking, our room was not at one time. You could still smell that "leftover" smell that non-smokers pick up easily. Overall, though, the room was clean, shower was nice, bed slept great. Parking goes quickly and you are forced to park in another lot, but we did not have any problems with our vehicle. Breakfast was typical fare, but there was plenty of seating and plenty of food. We have stayed here before and will stay again.

Nice quiet spot

Seems like a nice quiet spot on the edge of downtown. We walked in to get checked in and had to immediately go back to the car to get our license plate number. We checked in, and after reporting our license numbers, we had to back to put a tag in our vehicle. Why ask for our license numbers and then have us put a tag in the car, too?

We were tired so we decided to just stay in and eat our leftover road food. But we went down for drinks and had quite a bit of trouble getting drinks out of the machine.

Our rooms smelled "funny" when we walked in. Fortunately we are "oily girls" and carry essential oils that we used to dissipate the yucky smell.

The the best place we stayed on this trip, but not the worst either.

Oh, yes. If you use the in-room safe, they charge $1.50.

Convenient to the river market area, parking is very limited. Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable. Children were running up and down halls early in the morning and the breakfast was mostly wiped out by mid morning. We probably wont stay here again. The staff was extremely nice!

Good if your on a budget

Chose this because it was cheapest within walking distance to Sprint Center. Staff was friendly but hotel does show it's age. Also had very tiny bathroom. Not bad hotel but nothing to write home about. Definitely good if you are on a budget.
