What People are saying

Great and comfortable stay

skwhite7on 04/07/2017 21:42

We stayed at this Comfort Inn for 2 nights during winter vacation. We have stayed at this hotel many times over the years, and it never disappoints. The rooms are clean and spacious, and the beds are comfortable. There always seems to be plenty of choices for breakfast. Our son always enjoys going for a swim in the pool. The staff is always friendly and courteous. We will be back again the next time we are in the Concord area.

Excellent Hotel with comfy beds!

My mother and I went here this weekend to attend a wedding in the area for my cousin. I was warmly greeted by Matt upon check-in and he was very thorough in explaining everything the hotel had to offer. He made sure the room we had met our needs. We had a room with two double beds and the beds were pillow top and very comfortable. The water pressure in the shower was very strong. Air conditioner in the room kept the room nice and cool. Even included a fridge for us to store our bottles of water. The complimentary breakfast served was really good, which included, waffles (even flavored ones), eggs, bacon, sausage, yogurt, fresh fruit, danish, muffins, bagels, coffee and many juices. Excellent hotel and would definitely would recommend it to anyone visiting Concord.

quick stay

We found everyone to be very nice. It was a quick trip, one night stay. The room was clean and they allowed our dogs. They do charge $15.00 per pet per night. With that being said, make sure if you ask for a AAA discount or AARP or any discount, they give you the total price. Almost had a stroke when the bill was left under the door! My bad, but it was still a nice stay.

Convenient and Comfortable

This was my third time to stay at Comfort Inn in Concord, for a single night, for business. The accommodations are comfortable and clean; the breakfast was far above average; the mpotel is quiet with no noise travel between rooms. the location is convenient to I-93 and to downtown Concord. The price is a bit more than I wantto pay, but is reasonable for teh quality provided.

Poor pool experience

bostonyeson 05/04/2017 18:51

I like a pool that opens early and this hotel's pool opens at 5A, so I thought this was the hotel for me when staying at a hotel in Concord. However, it's freezing cold (and yes, it's an indoor pool!). Three older (I'd say > 60 years old) guests couldn't even get in the water to swim in the mornings, and then told me this is a constant problem. I inquired once with an employee getting the breakfast ready, and she said that when "a lot of splashing happens the previous day and the pool has to refill, it takes the water time to heat up." I understand it isn't the employee's fault, but since the pool had been closed since 11P the previous night, wouldn't the water be warm by 5 or 6A? I also tried to swim at 11:30P one night, and the pool had closed, even though the sign said it did not close until midnight. We (me and another guest) were told it is up to the discretion of the hotel staff when the pool opens and closes. Anyway, the hotel is satisfactory if you weren't counting on the pool. Since I was, the trip was a letdown. Also it's never good when others say these problems are routine.
