Terrible hotel!

Room was nice but halls smelled and there were fans in the hallway blowing things dry. Not pleasant at all. Would not stay again. Smelled like a combination of bleach and fabric softener. It is changing owners so maybe it will get better.

Rooms were clean. Halls need new carpet. Mostly truckers and contractors. Very few families

The room was clean. The room was priced reasonable for the area. Truckers and contractors were about the only ones staying during the week. Very few families seemed to be here except us. The lady who we booked the room from at the hotel was friendly and helpful. We would stay here again if it was the best option available.

Public spaces of this property are in need of renovation. Surfaces need paint, wall paper in places appears to have water damage, carpets in hallways and around elevators are filthy stained and threadbare. That said, my room (505) was quite the opposite, fresh carpet and paint, no odors, all large flat screen TV, and everything was in Good working order except for the iron which looked like someone tried to cook on it and the glass in the window which is clouded to the extent that you can barely see out. The complementary breakfast included hot food and was quite good. Front desk and breakfast room staff were friendly and efficient.

Due to the poor condition of the public spaces I would not choose this facility for a special occasion but a clean room, Good breakfast, friendly staff and reasonable room rate makes it an acceptable choice for a night or two.

Not the Comfort Inn I Expected

Stayed one night and that was enough. The carpet in the hotel was horrible, it smelled and was just plain old filthy dirty. Never could get the phone to work. When I checked in, I asked if I could leave a wake up call and the pleasant lady behind the counter said, " No just call from the room if the phone works." Huh???? Really you send me up to my room and then i have to see if the phone works. Well...sure enough it didn't. Breakfast was typical Comfort Inn, a lot of food. However for those expecting to get waffles, think again. They have gone to a pancake making machine. You push a button and Waw La out comes two small 5" pancakes that when they make their way down the conveyor, yep conveyor, they fall off the end into your plate. Now for the good part. They are so thin, they fall apart. You are getting a very poorly constructed crepe. I would have been better of going to the place where they "Leave the Light On" for you and oh yeah the phone works!!!

Was a good stop for a night.

We recently stayed here for one night on our way home from Florida.

We chose Comfort Inn because it is pet friendly, close to I-95 and gas, reasonably priced , free Wi-Fi and has breakfast included.

Great check-in experience with Beckie...she was great! Always smiling, cheerful, welcoming and very knowledgeable. Means a lot to road weary travellers.

Bed was great but walls were paper thin. I mean thin.

Average hotel, with average breakfast in this level of hotels. Sausage Patties and those scrambled eggs with no taste that I can't stand.
