2Runkson 09/06/2017 03:10Here's what we wanted for one night...pet friendly, clean, good location. That's what we got. Pet friendly room was located in an interior hallway, but the room had a sliding glass door that opened up to a grassy area with trash can available. Very convenient! Room was on the small side and had two double beds (a tad too dippy in the middle for my preference, but everyone has their own idea of comfort), bathroom had been updated but counter space was not abundant. No problem with wifi. Breakfast was standard Choice property fare. Thanks to house keeping for the attention to cleanliness. Thank you to front desk staff who were friendly and made check in/out a quick process. Veronica was ready with recommendations for local restaurants Location is great...near lots of strip malls, WalMart, Wegmans, 5 min from downtown Ithaca, and minutes from state parks that no one should miss when in the area (Buttermilk Falls State Park and Robert H. Treman State Park),.

Carl021on 29/05/2017 16:39We stayed for 3 nights during Cornell's graduation - a peak time for occupancy and high prices. We had found an acceptable price at a property an hour;s drive from Cornell. The day before we cound the Quality Inn with 2 rooms available (just what we needed) and willing to deal on the price. So we stayed here. This is an older property that has been renovated to a up-to-date standard. If your room is on the 2nd floor, be aware there is no elevator (at least we never found one). The free breakfast was satisfactory. The wo-fi worked. The shower was good. A soap-dish at the washbasin would have been nice (the soap kept sliding around). There was adequate, free parking.

RCS4316on 12/05/2017 04:12Price was was high for an average hotel. We paid $181 per night. There was no elevator so if you have a room on the second floor, you have to take the stairs. The breakfast area is very small so we had to bring our food back to the room to eat. Breakfast was eggs and sausage, make your own waffle, pastries, fruits. Location is convenient to a bunch of stores like Barnes & Nobles, Home Depot, Panera, etc.
Staff were the best part
Gayle Fon 15/04/2017 23:48This hotel was very good. The room was clean. The beds were comfortable. The size was ample. The best part of the stay, however, was the staff. They were very accommodating. From my first call with Veronica, to my check-in with Robbie, they went over and above to help me have a good experience. I would recommend this hotel, and will return when I come back to Ithaca.

Holly Mon 18/03/2017 07:56Due to a problem to booking.com the hotel we were supposed to stay at was overbooked, but they sent us here and it was wonderful! The front desk manager got us right into a clean room. Couldn't be happier with the help we received.
