Great Place to Stay in Jamestown, New York
corinne mon 25/05/2017 18:10I had the pleasure of staying at this Comfort Inn while attending the NCAA Division II Baseball Tournament May 20 - 22. I did not have a room prior to arriving on Saturday and the staff did a great job of finding accommodations for me. The biggest asset this hotel has is its staff. They are very personable and go out of their way to make you feel at home. The room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. We had a problem with a group having a barbecue after midnight right outside our window but the staff compensated us for the inconvenience. I would definitely stay here again.
3rd time we've stayed at this hotel
enogcaon 07/05/2017 21:223rd time we've stayed here. Gets better with each visit. From Maretta in the breakfast area (she makes us feel special by bringing us pastries right over to us not to mention the colouring sheet and crayons to my sister as a joke she gave - still laughing over it), to Jennifer, Ashley, etc -- what a great crew that works there. The front desk staff even went and got me some hot chocolate as I don't drink tea or coffee. And singing Green Acres theme song in the bar with the hotel staff member who was keeping bar that night - sorry, can't remember your name) - things like that make you feel right at home. We were on the first floor for the first time on this stay. Room very nice, very clean. So nice having microwave and mini-fridge in the rooms. This is the only place we will stay when we come to Jamestown.
New York trip
910genemon 04/04/2017 21:17Was on our way home to Iowa after spending time in New York City and Philadelphia. Stopped at the Corning Glass Museum and then headed west. Spent the night at Jamestown, ate next door at the Bob Evans and thoroughly enjoyed both. Then hung out with friends in the hotel lounge/bar. Had a grand time!

LeeAnn Hon 11/03/2017 22:40This is my second stay here as I was in town for a gymnastics meet. The room was very clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Thank you to Sue for recommending several restaurants for us. She was very accommodating, friendly and helpful. This is how ALL hotels should treat their guests. I will be back and recommend to all.
Commendable staff and friendly real New Yorkers
Venu_Clevelandon 21/02/2017 02:42If you really want to meet some real New Yorkers, you have to visit Jamestown and meet the staff @ Comfort Inn. I had a car related issue while driving on I-86 and had to stop @ Jamestown until I got the car fixed in the morning.
Very friendly helpful staff - not only were they sympathetic to my ordeal but also gave me a discount for overnight stay.
I would definitely give a Excellent service shout out to Ms. Johnson, Greg/Brandon and the night manager Venus.
