cosmogteon 20/02/2017 16:10My wife and I stay at this hotel and the staff were amazing! They took great care of us throughout the entire time we were there. I highly recommend this hotel!! The room was clean and comfortable. And the breakfast was delicious!
Don't waste your money!
skinnylife27on 02/12/2016 20:38Our stay here over Thanksgiving weekend was terrible, I have never had such crappy service at a hotel. The desk staff, including the Front Office Manager, was very rude and not very knowledgeable. The rooms are not well taken care of, you can tell they do cheap fixes and updates as the none of the doors close properly unless you lift up on them or shove them with your body. We woke up to a FREEZING cold room, and instead of being kind and sympathetic about it, we were treated rudely like it was our fault the heat stopped working in the middle of the night! We had to wake our girls up to move rooms at 6am because it had been blowing cold air the whole night...it was freezing in there and so uncomfortable. The manager/owner is impossible to get a hold of and is less than helpful. Our response from her was, "If you are not happy with the service then you can check out." I am a General Manager of a hotel myself, and I was shocked at the level of service we received here. I have already put in formal complaints with Choice and will be disputing these charges. Absolute horrible business, don't know how this hotel is still operating. There are bricks falling off the building and sidewalk outside that people could easily trip on.
Good and clean
Anna Mon 25/09/2016 16:28Stayed here overnight after a day of shopping in Niagara Falls area. This hotel is further away than the cluster of hotels in the shopping hub, but the drive was worth it for the cheaper rate. For the same price in the Niagara Falls area, I'd get a run down motel...no thank you!
This hotel was nothing fancy, but the room was clean and spacious. King bed, jetted tub, mini fridge with microwave and little counter space with a sink, and a couch with pull out bed. Bed was comfortable everything was clean and made for a good rest.
Rating 4 stars for my experience rather than 5 for two reasons: First off I was woken up by loud people in the hallways early, which isn't the hotel's fault, but I guess the walls are just really thin. Secondly, the breakfast area was way too small and crowded, couldn't get a seat. Breakfast was standard sausages, scrambled eggs, waffles, pastries, cereal, coffee and juice.
Overall it was good and served its purpose. I would stay here again.
Just an overnight
ksteveron 16/09/2016 11:14The hotel was fine. Very clean and quiet. It was hot while we were there with no adjustments to the AC so we couldn't get the room as cool as we wanted for sleeping. The staff was pleasant and the breakfast good.
pathetic service
shazmekoolon 07/09/2016 17:43I am literally mortified by their service. Its been 3 weeks since I have been trying to contact the manager regarding an issue related with my stay at the hotel but the manager does not respond.
I have spoken face to face at the front desk, left the manager an email, a voice mail but even after 3 weeks I get the reply from the hotel that the manager will get back in a few hours. This is the worst service I ever faced.
