The staff goes above and beyond to be sure all is well for me ; especially Diianne, Natasha, Sandy, and Bradley. I have no complaints concerning my stays on this property.
Nobody home!
irritatedandtiredon 11/08/2017 23:27My husband and I decided to try one more Baymont, because we have a Wyndham gold card. The first time was 6 Aug 2017 in Cookeville, TN. We also had a new travel coupon for this location. Once we arrived, we discovered it was now a Travelodge!
So, one more try in Rome. We arrived at 8 p.m. The lot and benches were filled with truckers and service workers, which doesn't bother us. We were afraid there wasn't going to be a room.
Husband and another man waited almost 10 minutes at the front counter. No note, no bell, no nothing! So we left! The other man followed us across town to the Rodeway Inn, where we stayed the night.
Guess we won't be giving Baymonts another chance. :(
Won't stay here again
kayleycron 10/08/2017 18:28If we would have been in town any longer than 1 night I would have changed hotels. The hallway and room smelled like smoke. The bathroom was not well cleaned and it looked old and dirty. The leg on yhe chair in the room was broken. The breakfast was nothing special. Plus the hallway reeked of weed when we came in that evening. We were only in town for one night so I dealt with the issues but I won't be staying here again.
Renovated hotel great for the price.
Will Con 09/08/2017 23:29Great experience, we were at a tennis tournaments and the location was awesome, very close to restaurants and also close to the tournament. the rooms were excellent and the front desk people were super nice.
