Mary Son 28/08/2017 15:06We were traveling with our daughter and grandchildren and we enjoyed having the larger room. The staff was courteous and helpful. The breakfast items were plentiful and the area was very clean. The kids really liked the pool. We enjoyed our stay.
Great Hotel
llint77on 24/08/2017 15:24This was our first time staying at this hotel with our kids. (We've been before without them.) They loved it as much as we do! The room was clean and spacious, the breakfast was good and well attended, and their 24 hour pool can't be beat! The gentleman working the front desk when we checked in was very friendly. We received two welcome bags with bottled water and snacks. They also had packets at the front desk of events going on during the week in the Traverse City area. During breakfast there two workers constantly replenishing the food and cleaning the dining area.
This was our first stop on our 5 day vacation and this hotel was by far our favorite. We're looking forward to visiting Traverse City and Comfort Inn again!
Nice little property
Henry4218on 19/08/2017 03:19We chose this hotel for its proximity to the airport, we had a very early flight. The room was crisp and neat. It was one of the new hotels that all of the furnishings were "furniture", not built in or attached to the walls. It had really nice beds. Check in was fast. Front desk staff was helpful recommending a place to eat dinner. Best of all they had a shuttle that delivered and picked us up. Great considering it was raining, we were tired and planned to have a few beers. Missed the free breakfast, did I mention we had an early flight?
Mother and 12yr old daughter trip
margie127on 17/08/2017 23:10We liked this hotel very much. Upon checkin, we were given a little snack/drink bag which my daughter liked. Hotel offered a complimentary shuttle to the downtown area so we did not have to worry about trying to find parking with our rental car. Pool was clean and not too crowded. Breakfast was delicious with a lot of selections. Beds were great.

We had no place to go in the middle of the night and decided to try the Comfort Inn. Ahmad was so helpful from the moment we walked in the door. He found us a room and was so understanding of our situation. He checked us in quickly and they even had bags with water and snacks we received at check in. I am so happy we wound up staying here. The hotel was so clean and the staff was so friendly. They also provide a complimentary shuttle for guests! I would recommend this hotel.
