Nightmare for me

U guys should open a night stay shelter instead it would be better dirtiest hotel rude and unprofessional staff no body cares about what u go thru showers , toilets seats leaking . Floor is sticky and so called wifi does not work . Best part sleepers are available after 8 am Ac works on one speed and its a deep freezer...
I had a nightmare and make sure u dont have it .....
If you are out of your mind so do stay here

Comfortable amd great

Hotel is small but comfortable. Staff is good and helpful. Food is delicious. Service is prompt. Room sizes are adequate but bathrooms are small. All in all a great and comfortable stay.. will definitely stay there only next visit... cheers.

Smoke filled rooms out of a creepy horror movie

Staying at this hotel was the wrong choice. The reviews seemed decent. However the hotel is poorly maintained. We had to change our rooms twice once because the washroom wasn't cleaned properly and then a second time because the room smelled of smoke. Frankly most of the rooms have a stale smell of smoke. The furnishing is wearing and it gives the feel of a property which has seen much better days. I definitely wouldn't recommend this hotel.

Not a good option Now a days

When I visited this hotel in 2012. It was really great. Still I can't forget the test of "mutton rogan josh " But now they serves very average kind of food. Rooms are old and need renovation to compete with other hotels.
The best point is location , situated in the city centre. Inside a mall. Everything you need is available on walking distance. You can find many restaurant nearby. Staff is also good supporting.
Strongly recommend to improve food and room condition.

Overpriced hotel with poor service

This was my first time in Bathinda and without looking at other properties i choose this place in hurry. I don't know if there are other decent options in the city but this is certainly not a place worth the price.

My experiences are as under:

- Upon entering check in was quick and we were promptly escorted to our room. Felt good.
- our room was on 7th floor and when i came out of lift there was smoke in corridor. Seems like someone was smoking with room door open. Where were smoke detectors (if any) ?
- Room was very average certainly not worth the price. One thing to note here is that don't go by management pictures. They are highly misleading. Moreover there was only 1 mineral water bottle in room as standard of 2.
- I ordered food from room service and the guy on the phone line asks me how many people were present in the room. I don't understand how that was even related to my order. Anyways, i ordered 4 things and when the waiter arrived (after 45 mins), he got only 3. I didn't noticed this upfront but within 5 mins i called and enquired about the same. The guy on phone apologised and said he'll deliver my missing food item in 5 min. Then after 3 phone calls and 40 mins, it came finally. Till that time we were done with dinner and that item (fried rice) got totally wasted. Food was average. Also, the food didn't came with the bill and when i asked the same to waiter he said "should i bring". I was very tired and said no. Service was poor.
- Next day i asked for iron bed and iron and they gave me iron in such a condition that i wont put it on my clothes (picture attached). Iron bed was missing, only iron came. After having breakfast i checked out. Check out was quick and breakfast was average. Not anything to really mention about.

My suggestion is to avoid this property.
