Needs some updates
rsteward01on 27/08/2017 14:18I recently stayed here and while the staff was very nice the hotel is in need of some updates. The carpet throughout the halls and rooms needs to be replaced. Gives the rooms an odor. I think if they worked on some updates it would be a great place to stay. The location is great and breakfast was good.

Good business stays
GatorJoe007on 19/07/2017 19:11With recent poor changes to staff and ownership at a nearby hotel I have now made this my go-to rather than splitting time with the other. The rooms are a bit dated, and some smell of smoke but they are big, comfortable and quiet. The staff is very friendly and attentive. I stay here on a regular basis and will continue to do so more often. Good location off the highway and close to downtown Woodstock. Plenty of places to eat.
No comfort
Mika Jon 11/06/2017 15:39When we first arrived, I told my wife to sit in the car with MY service dog,I walked to see if there were any rooms available yet. (We had a reservation but we were a tad bit early for checkin). She said there was no rooms available yet. I told her I had a service dog and she asked for verification, I showed her my dogs I.D even though it's against the law for her to ask me for it. I walked back out to my car and I noticed someone else had walked in to check in and she gave them a room. So my wife walked back in and all of a sudden there was a room available for us. She asked to see my service dog and proceeded to pet her (a big no-no) the room was pretty nice no complaints there. We got no sleep both nights we were there because of all the banging going on around us. They had the pool closed at 8:30 regardless of the sign saying it closed at 9. I did not feel comfortable walking around with my service dog at this hotel at ALL. They questioned me a lot about her. Some disabilities are not seen from the outside!!!! I don't think I could stay here again honestly.
Good Stay
bsan3456on 08/02/2017 14:58Recently stayed here for 2 days for business. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Helen at the front desk was very nice and gave me info on places to eat. Room was a little dated but still good. Only real complaint was the mattress was not very good. It was time to replace it. Internet was good and had no issues. Breakfast was what most hotels offer. The hotel is very convenient to many places to eat and there was shopping nearby if you wanted that. Traffic is heavy in the area. Overall a good stay and would stay there again.
