Clean and friendly place

Needed to stay for over a week for business. Mgmt was very accommodating and discounted my daily rate. Breakfast was great, beds very comfortable, rooms nicely attended. It's in a nice location just off the highway but without the noise. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

This place is REALLY nice! Probably the nicest Comfort Suites I have stayed in.

This is probably the nicest Comfort Suites I have stayed in. My wife is with me on this trip and she was really happy when she saw our room. And, for this price! Indoor pool with jacuzzi, complimentary breakfast, good service, new and very clean, and great WiFi. If we wouldn't have had travel schedule, we would have changed our stay and been here one more night. Highly recommend. And, it is a short distance from downtown and restaurants, etc.

A hidden jewel

If you are traveling Lake Geneva/ Delevan area this is the place to be! You are greeted at the desk as you walk in very friendly and professional. You will be very pleased to see a very spacious room, nice size bathroom 2 can actually get ready in a King size bed and couch with a queen size sofa sleeper. Our kids came up first few days so we had a place for them, when they left we had a nice sized space for relaxing. Our room had fresh coffee daily along with microwave and small fride. Cable tv although tvs were a little small. Pool was clean and above average in size cozy hot tub as well. They have a very cool outside area with 4 BBQ grills so u can grab some steaks and cookout if you wish. Best part for me was daily hot breakfast, there was omlettes to make every day as well as either sandwiches or scrambled eggs sausage or bacon was there every day too. Waffles, cerel, fresh fruit, milk, and juices to choose from all for free. In closing you are not staying at a resort although you get resort like service in my opinion. We go up to that area 4 times or more per year the resorts in the are are up to three times or more in pricing, we prepaid on the website in advance spent about $350.00 total for 4 nights not a better deal in our opinion! Hope this helps you next trip.

Top notch facility

If all choice properties were like this one, I would stay nowhere else. Total 1st class rebuild of older property, not just cosmetic. Great staff, great breakfast, reasonable price. Only 15 minutes by nice road to lake geneva.

Clean, comfortable, efficient

I was sent to the Delavan area for a field repair assignment. I stayed at the hotel for a single night. Upon first walk-in, the hotel appeared and smelled very clean. The front desk staff was attentive and check-in was an wonderful breeze of efficiency.

The property offers and nice layout, complete with pool, fitness center, business center, and (for lack of better term) "convenience store" with small snacks and sundry other items. I used the fitness center, which was complete with a strength training station (aka an all-in-one unit), elliptical, bike, and (possibly treadmill). It was a tricep/ lats/ shoulders day, so I used the all-in-one strength gym and completed the workout.

The room itself was complete with mini fridge, Keurig coffee maker, TV (which I didn't use), comfortable bedding, reading lamps (very nice), decent wi-fi, alarm clock, and plenty of space.

Breakfast included many "hot" options (omelet station, scrambled eggs, sausage, waffles), plus yogurt, toast, etc (continental fare).

I'd recommend this place to anyone staying with a half hour of Delavan. It's a very nice hotel.
