I keep giving this place a chance but its not working, no hot water in the mornings half the time, elevator broke down this time. Dirty, smelly, moldy smell in room and to top it off lots of someone elses hair on my pillows when I checked in. Oh yeah, coffee maker in room didn't work. Other then this it was pretty good.

Let me start by saying the staff was so nice and helpful. The room was clean. The hotel itself needs some owner attention. Walls need paint, broken widows, none of the outside safety entrances worked. The pool was disgusting. The biggest issue was the COLD showers. It could be much nicer and safer if they could do some maintenance Without some quick maintenance, this place will be an official dump in 12 months

Great Staff-Clean, Comfortable Room-Excellent Value

I stayed here multiple nights in a suite that appeared to have been recently renovated. The king sized bed was very comfortable, lighting was excellent with adequate places to charge electronic devices at the base of the lamps, room was super clean and very quiet and there was an extensive lineup of TV channels. There is a steak and seafood restaurant right next door and other food options nearby. The better than average breakfast was served in a large room overlooking the outdoor pool.
The staff was teriffic. I had trouble finding the property so had to call for directions. Shanda, the manager, took my call and stayed on the phone with me until I pulled into the parking lot. An employee met me with a luggage cart and helped me bring everything inside in one trip. Shanda had all the paperwork ready so all I had to do was sign it. In the morning when I needed directions or a recommendation where to eat, the front desk staff was most helpful.
Although the property is older and is showing signs of its age in places, I gave it a "5" rating because the staff was so wonderful and I felt this property was the best value for the money of any where I stayed during my recent month long visit to Texas. I would definitely stay here again.

Hotel was nice but found a roach on the wall in the bathroom. While showering 5 little black bugs were crawling on the wall. Found 2 more on night stand in the morning. At checkout I told them answer all they said was they'll tell the manager.. Disappointed they didn't offer any discount or some points.. Second time staying there in 6 months.. First stay was fine. Breakfast wasn't very good either.

not good room

could not get any hot water in shower. carpet ripped in places. no ac in the hallways. beds are too far from ac. elevator makes noises. needs updating and maintenance. breakfast not great not properly refilled.
