The first room we were assigned had issues with the door lock. Maintenance said they were aware of the problem, but obviously did not communicate with the front desk. Dirty water bottle sat in entry way on table for two days before being removed. Room was decent sized, but drapes had food on them. The upside was that the pool was 24 hours!

Nice and improving

Stayed one night for an early flight. Arrived late and went to the hot tub and pool. The tub was nice with colored lights and the pool was warm and relaxing. The room was clean and spacious. They are renovating so there was some paint odors but it did not smell in the room. This is only temporary. Looks like the ownership is trying to make improvements. The staff was friendly and helpful. The night person went above and beyond helping another guest with their luggage. I will stay again if the need arises.

We had a queen/queen room with a sofa, and it was a good size for our family of four. There was plenty of room for our kids to play, and even have a dance party, in the sofa area. The rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable, and the property seems to be undergoing some updates (our room seemed to have been recently painted and the bathroom looked to have new fixtures). The pool is bath-water warm, and the pool area is in some need of some renovations. Breakfast is good, offering hot (scrambled eggs, sausage, and waffles) and cold items (donuts, muffins, and cereals). Our only complaints are that 1) either we were given a smoking room, or some previous guests had smoked in a non- smoking room, because it smelled like cigarette smoke and air freshener and 2) we got to the breakfast area 30 minutes before it closed and they stopped re-stocking the food items, resulting in them being out of some things that we wanted (orange juice and eggs). Otherwise, this is a comfortable and clean hotel that I would definitely consider using in the future.

This hotel advertises shuttle service to the airport. When we got back from our trip (at 9:45 pm) it was 25 minutes before the front desk answered the phone, and then they told me that they couldn't leave but that they would call me a cab. That is not what I paid for, Will never stay at another Choice Hotels property.

I had to come to Knoxville for business this place is very close to the airport comfortable fantastic staff very friendly within walking distance of a Starbucks of Fridays and an Applebee's. All in all great location comfortable and good place to hang your hat for the evening.
