ehonkampon 30/06/2017 21:24This hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and attentive. The free breakfast was good and the coffee was excellent, which is rare.
The manager recommended a nearby restaurant which was very good also.
A gem in the making
Rob Won 18/05/2017 16:23I came home to my apartment with an exploded water heater!! It was late at night and I was beat! My girlfriend got on line and found the Comfort Suites at North Point. This is a business class hotel convenient to many restaurants and shopping. From the minute I dragged myself through the front door the staff was courteous and attentive. The rooms are spacious and attractively appointed. The bed was comfortable, the room clean and the free breakfast was varied and tasty. There are plans to expand the common areas. For this class hotel you could not do better.

Sheryl Bon 13/05/2017 00:56Bad smell throughout hotel and room (perfumed cleaner to cover up who knows what). Black mold above bathroom door. Loud, unpleasant guests throughout hotel. Room door didn't close well & seemed very unsecure. Someone had picked their nose & wiped it on the ceiling. We had booked through Expedia last minute with their rating of 4/5. Don't believe it! We didn't unpack & fortunately found another hotel, but had to pay for both for one night. We believe this is a hotel that has guests that have been given vouchers by either the local Police or Red Cross. Upon checking in, they took a copy of my drivers' license which is a (bad) clue.
Simple but excellent service
Francisco Aon 04/05/2017 23:03It was a really nice stay there, it was a two weeks stay and all the personal was very nice giving the attentions me and my partenrs needed. It's not luxurious​ but isn't lacking anything either. The manager always was asking what we needed and he even gave us 10 USD discount coupons for Buca di beppo, which is a nice Italian restaurant just a few feet away.
Excellent Service
Nichole_Hayn1on 27/04/2017 00:08After a very bad experience with the Ramada next door. The people at the Comfort Inn took great care of us. They were able to get us a room immediately and they had everything we wanted unlike the other place. The rooms and the hotel was very clean and all the staff was very friendly. The breakfast had a nice spread and they kept it full and hot. I was very happy with everything and I will definitely stay here again if I'm ever in the area again.
