The new coffee is awful
dfletcher311on 17/08/2017 13:58The room is clean, shower head works good, bathrooms do need updating. Another thing which is annoying is no USB charger in the room! I stay in Comfort Inns that have that, so you would assume Comfort Suites would.
The biggest issue is the hotel chains seem to be going to Cafe Arisa coffee maker. It's instant coffee and is horrible! So now I just go down the road to get my coffee which is ridiculous.
Great hidden gem
De Anna de Arma... Son 10/08/2017 02:20We stayed in the king suite with the whirlpool tub. Room was very big. Bed was comfy. Room was clean. Didn't eat the breakfast, but did come down for coffee. The selection looked good and it smelled good as well. Staff was very attentive and helpful. Hotel is near the busy area. Lots of food places, big mall and lots of shopping close by. About 15 minute drive to downtown and Graceland. Great choice. Will stay again.
King mini vacay
Delicia Mon 07/08/2017 00:23The king suite was very nice,clean & comfortable. Free 10 minute char hydromassage was relaxing. Debbie at front desk was very nice at check-in. Breakfast consisted of waffles,patty and link sausage,boiled&fried egg,biscuit &gravy,breads,cereal,oatmeal,grits,fruit,juice,coffee,etc. I will definitely stay again.

cocojsbon 31/07/2017 19:17Old boiled egg in dirty container not effect food had to wait. Hot food wasn't that good. Had to go out for breakfast. Don't plan on staying at this hotel again. Staff was very nice and friendly i enjoyed them
Nice Place to Stay
RLStandridgeon 24/07/2017 20:39This was a nice place to stay. The rates were good for two queens and a couch, it was clean and the air conditioning was excellent. The front desk was friendly and called to check on us, had some great advice on where to eat at, the breakfast was ok. Hard to beat for the price. If anything, I wish they would scratch that premade egg and go with scrambled eggs in their breakfast. Anyway, will definitely stay again the next time we are in Memphis.
