bjturner44on 26/08/2017 01:28Great hotel! Hotel was full but no outside noise whatsoever inside the room. A little delay in getting checked in as several guests all arrived at the same time but munched on complimentary cookies while waiting. As usual with this hotel chain, the room and hotel was very clean and comfortable and the complimentary breakfast offered a good selection. Only negative was breakfast room fairly small and crowded but would definitely stay there again if in Freeport.
Serviceable but Uninspiring
Constructive_Summeron 15/08/2017 16:31This basic hotel is a decent place to stay while visiting the town of Freeport and the L.L. Bean flagship store, which are about two miles up the road. However there is nothing special or even nice about it; it is clean enough, and definitely felt safe. There was a refrigerator in the room and ample parking. The clerk who checked us in at the front desk was very nice. However, during our stay both the business center and the pool were out of order. And breakfast, while included, is served in a comically small room for the size of the hotel, resulting in a stressful morning experience. Overall, an okay place to spend a night, provided you keep expectations low.
Appreciate the hospitality
aprilcobbon 12/08/2017 23:17This is obviously an older property. It is maintained nicely, though, and we felt our room was clean and comfy. The lady at the front desk was so sweet to us and is a great ambassador for the hotel. Breakfast was adequate to start our day, and the rate was much lower than other properties that we searched before booking.
Completely average hotel.
Burke Bon 11/08/2017 15:03Rooms were decent, bathroom was dirty. Pool was small and not well kept, breakfast was alright as well. Nothing too special at all, definitely better hotels for not too much more in the area. Slightly disappointed...
Decent place to stay
cgNYC66on 10/08/2017 13:35Clean, decent place to stop on the road. Great a/c and breakfast. Friendly, helpful staff! We will definitely stay here next time we are driving through. Thai restaurant is right across the street if you are tired of driving.
