Nice hotel
Katrina Mon 17/06/2017 21:15Nice hotel. Good location. Not hard to find. Breakfast is good. The smell will wake you (smells good). Clean hotel. Great staff. I liked the fact that even though we had a double bed, it came with a couch and there was a small divider to separate them.
Room did not meet expectations
E Son 16/06/2017 17:47Staff was friendly. Pool area nice, one of the few places that has a hot tub. Breakfast setup very nice. We checked in on Sunday night after 8+ hours of driving, just ready to relax and enjoy our vacation. Our room was not up to expectations. The closet door would not stay closed and swung open right where you needed to walk and the entertainment door would not stay latched either. It was very annoying and you had to move both doors anytime you wanted to move in the room. With this being ranked 4 on trip advisor, I was hoping for more. Comfort suites is our go to hotel and we have not had a bad experience yet, so I was very disappointed it didn't work out. The hotel was booked solid and we were not able to change rooms. We ended up moving hotels. Not a good way to start vacation.
No HDTV. I know that sounds lame, but we enjoy winding down each night and watching a movie or some lame cable show- or maybe even something like the Stanley Cup. I haven't watched regular tv in so long- it was awful! They didn't even have HDTV in lobby TV. Ended up leaving to try and find a place to watch the game.

McJakeneyon 12/06/2017 16:02Making our way across the country and stopped in Hot Springs, AK for an overnight (and a dip in the springs)! We were very happy with this hotel! Very clean, new, great comfy beds, big breakfast, son loved the pool, nice staff, can't say enough about how pleased we were (and I am VERY picky). Hotel is also right off of I-40 and only about a mile from bathhouse row and the cute town. Book with confidence.

MyFamOf6on 03/06/2017 22:49We arrived tired and frustrated after 7 hours on the road with four kids. The staff was very pleasant, our kids loved the pool, our room was very clean and the breakfast was delicious. We have paid far more for far less. We would definitely come back!
2 Night Stay
ANTHON Lon 23/05/2017 23:38Room was clean, utilities worked, wi-fi worked, coffeemaker worked but coffee blend was terrible. Microwave and refrigerator worked. Plenty of towels. Didn't see any bugs. Satisfied with the room. The provided breakfast was good with lots of choices and ample quantity.
