I didn't enjoy this hotel but it wasn't absolutely horrid either. My first dislike is that the front desk denied my request for a later checkout and said I must ask in the morning which was inconvenient. My second was when we walked into the room I nearly gagged. It was so humid and smelled so gross it felt I was breathing straight germs from the air. It was disgusting. The room was overall really clean and nice. It looked good. The bathroom was nice too except for the shower which looked like it was old from the 70s and yellow and the drain did not drain, leaving nasty particles from the drain at our feet. Overall I guess it's not bad for a night or two but I prob would opt for somewhere else. The staff was pleasant and I would still prob recommend just with caution about room atmosphere and shower.

Nice hotel and quiet location

Just found this site on the web and it does not disappoint. My husband and I decided last minute to get of town and picked this hotel for the best rate for the location. We are not disappointed. My only complaint is that we can't adjust the AC to below 68 degrees, but that is more of a personal problem than the hotels problem. Great stay for the bucks. Staff are super friendly too!

Great Hotel, but had Billing Issues

This Particular Comfort Suites property is outstanding. Super clean and friendly staff. However two days after our check out we noticed that we were charged for three days instead of the two days we stayed. We stayed June 6th and 7th, but somehow got charged twice for the night of the 6th, which is no big deal as these things happen. My problem started when we tried to resolve this charge, It took us 14 days to get the extra charge removed on our card and the manager didn't seem to think that helping us with this matter was a "priority" for her list of to do things.

Aside from this little glitch, this is an excellent property to stay at.

WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE

A friend of mine was suppose to be getting married on May 27th, 2017, she abruptly called of the wedding hence her future husband didn't provide the necessary paper work. Anyways I had booked a hotel for myself and my friend to get dress for her wedding. Since the wedding got cancel, I called the hotel and explain the situation. I had made my reservations via booking. Before even calling the hotel I called Booking.com first and they tried everything to resolve but comfort suites was very reluctant . So then I called the hotel, trying to talk to the manager. First of she sounded as if I HAD JUST WOKEN HER UP FROM A NAP, GRUMPY AS HECK AND VERY INCONSIDERATE. Yes it was a nonrefundable booking, but I didn't know the wedding was at any point going to be cancelled. Long story short my total for both rooms , myself and the one I booked for my friend total $500. They went ahead and charge my card. Since I didn't show up, COMFORT SUITES REFUSED TO ACCOMMODATE OR OFFER A SOLUTION for an already HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Save yourself the hassle and FIND ANOTHER HOTEL THAT WILL WORK WITH YOU IN CASE OF AN UNFORESEEN EVENT. COMFORT SUITES IS THE WORST. I have tried REACHING OUT TO SEVERAL PEOPLE , no one have gotten back to me. This was my last resort hence I use TripAdvisor A LOT , and I have had more PLEASANT EXPERIENCES WITH OTHER HOTELS THAN COMFORT SUITES WILL EVER PROVIDE.

This wasn't my first stay at this establishment. In fact, I've been here several times last year. Last year my initial review of this property was not published due my review not being "family friendly enough". Whatever, I'll attempt to write a more appropriate review.
This place is very modern and clean. It is also in a convenient location being that there are plenty of restaurants and stores in the local vicinity. I usually get dinner at Logan's Roadhouse, which is right next to the hotel. You can walk over to the restaurant, and then stumble back if you've enjoyed to many adult beverages.
The point is that I've stayed at this place a handful of times now, and I never leave in disgust. Which means you, the potential guest, shouldn't worry about booking a room here. Trust me, you can't go wrong. Boom!
