NewMexicoSilverqueenon 08/06/2017 05:53Comfort Suites near NMSU is a great budget option. The staff are friendly and helpful, the room comfortable (bed and pillows great), and the breakfast very substantial. All in all, a good choice at a good price.
Given a room with someone in it!
j hon 07/06/2017 23:05Pro: When we finally got to a room, it was spacious and clean. Comfortable bed. Plenty of charging stations. Hot water in the bathroom.
Con: We had requested a ground floor room -- only to find out the request had never been made (not the fault of the hotel but the reservation center). Then given key to a second floor room only to see after opening it that is was in use. Finally ended up on the third floor -- evidently given an upgrade. Internet was very slow. Not enough lighting in room -- no lamp at all for the desk. the clock was unplugged and we were unable to reset it. The pool was closed (not a problem for us) and good bit of noise on the hall. The breakfast was adequate, but not items were not hot.
GOOD IMAX FILM
drdroadon 23/05/2017 17:56This is an older CS, but still in nice condition. My only complaint has to do with the TV and divider. You can't see TV from closest part of sofa because of the stupid, useless Divider! And the TV is screwed into chest, so I couldn't move it closer to me.
Best staff ever
unclewayneson 16/05/2017 21:42When we arrived at the desk we were told they had no record of our reservation even though I had a confirmation number from Booking.com. I have no way to know where the brake down was between Booking.com and the computer on the desk, but by the way Miss Racheal handled our dilemma my bet the problem was not on the Comfort Suites end.
Miss Racheal found us a room at a better rate and then upgraded us to a larger suite. This young lady was a real professional that took a stressful situation and turned it into a pleasant experience. SHE IS A ROCK STAR!
The room was clean. Everything worked as it should. Breakfast was good with options that folks that are gluten free could eat.
The morning staff was as pleasant as the evening staff was. They were very helpful with good directions to help us along on our journey. I will definitely stay here again.
Baseball tournament
