No wifi
Buzz_of_The_Branchon 07/06/2017 04:45Wifi interenet quit after two hours on the 3rd floor. I went downstairs to check it, it worked there but not back in the room. Night clerk Chase didn't care.
Otherwise a decent hotel but If I can't work, I won't stay again. It never came back before I had to go to bed.
Wonderful stay
rick mon 14/04/2017 17:18This was our second night ata Comfort Suites Hotel. Our stay was great. Clean, great staff, good breakfast, quiet location and easy access to fuel and highways. We will stay again when we return from FL in the future. Thanks for a great night. Beautiful king suite at a good price.
Forget any help from the front desk manager
James Don 14/04/2017 02:54Noisy room. Placed next to the laundry which operates 24/7. When complained, was told only that I could move for more money or check out. The so-called "Assistant Manager" showed little evidence of giving a damn.
Clean Basic Accomodations, But No Place To Park
crowder7160on 01/02/2017 21:46Convenient location close to I65, but not much else in the area. There is a winery across the road with free tastimgs. We stay here a few times a year as it is the closest hotel to family living in the area. The hotel itself is basic. The rooms all have a couch sitting area upon entering the room, but no real way to provide privacy for both areas, if making the couch into a bed. Rooms are clean, no worn furnishings. Wall units for heating/cooling under the window. There is a small indoor pool. Free breakfast, but my advise is to get back on I65 or go into Portland. Word of warning for those arriving on a weekend night, especially a Saturday night. There is a Brewsters Bar & Grill attached to the hotel, ( same owners ) and apparently this is the only place to go in two counties. They have a band on Saturday nights and they apparently reach max capicity. We arrived at @ 9pm and took the last parking place. The trip before, we had to circle the lot for several minutes to snag the spot of someone leaving. I mentioned to the clerk that it was annoying that there was not sufficient parking for hotel guests. She said that overflow parking was available across the highway at the winery and that the bar was currently at max if we planned on going there we might or might no be allowed in. I've never experienced a hotel which did not have sufficient parking due to a bar. Patrons presumably waiting to get into the bar were hanging out in the lot in front of the bar and there were several people hanging about the portico area at the lobby entrance. So plan on arriving before "bar hours". Ask for a room in a quiet area on the side away from the front/bar area. I can only hope another hotel chain puts a hotel up in this location very soon. If so, we are gone.
Business Trip
schultzd65on 31/01/2017 17:10Room needed TLC, first room assigned had wet carpeting from prior guest and second room's toilet leaked on floor. Breakfast was horrible, sausage patties were burnt to a crisp and yogurt nor fruit were replenished. Staff were using workout equipment and when a guest asked to use it, they were told it would be another 35 minutes before they could.
