Clean, Comfortable and Easy Drive to Memphis
Shannon Don 23/06/2017 03:56We stayed here in May and were very pleased. Our room was clean and very comfortable. We had 5 people and even made use of the sofa bed. We stayed three nights. The location of the hotel was great. It was easy to get to and easy to get to all we wanted to do in Memphis. The free WiFi and free continental breakfast were great perks that we all enjoyed.
Good Location
Tim Oon 12/06/2017 21:54Hotel is at a convenient location. Easy off, Easy on to the interstate. Close to the sites of Memphis. Also close to the local ballfields for the tournament we were attending for the weekend. The rooms were clean and the pool enjoyable. Staff was friendly and they had a good breakfast selection.
Nice stay
Diana Ron 10/06/2017 20:43Our room was clean and spacious. Good fresh breakfast with a little more variety than normal. Everything was clean and fresh. Comfortable beds... Polite and attentive staff. Definitely would recommend this hotel.
Good for one night
Stefanie Hon 30/05/2017 03:08We stayed for one night at this property on our way from Little Rock. The room was huge, with a king bed and pullout sofa. The line for check in was very long, and there was no wi-fi available that night, but I'm assuming that some of that had to do with a severe storm that came through and knocked out the power. The beds were comfortable, the room was quiet, and the free breakfast had a variety of hot and cold items to choose from. Overall, a good stay.
Dirty and Poor Service
ronilynn777on 09/05/2017 13:56This hotel has gone down since the last time I stayed there. The first room I was given had urine on the toilet. The second room had urine and blood on the toilet. The rooms were directly across from each other, and neither had been cleaned correctly. The desk clerk said she would personally check a room for me to make sure it was clean; but when a group of men entered the hotel, she turned from me and waited on them. Instead of finishing with me, she left me for over 30 minutes while she checked them in. I stood at the desk and she ignored me. I then asked to be checked out and told her she should have finished with me instead of waiting on other customers. This will be my last time staying here. I moved to a Hampton Inn which is much cleaner and has better service.
