Psst...black and white so close....
jorgeseuon 12/05/2017 19:05... in a hotel ... the staff very friendly ... the location very quiet .... nice lounge to chatt with colleagues ... but a standard as in the 90s .... old fashioned rooms. ..no wifi ... only LAN connection ... the breakfast is not really appealing .... more than one times contaminated cutlery at the breakfast table...sorry, this is a no go...hard to imagine that such big owner company as the telecom permits such conditions . ..sorry ... but I can not recommend this hotel....
Business hotel but good enough to explore around
itpersonneon 10/06/2016 17:05Room is small but extremely clean. The hotel is very clean in general. It would have been a perfect venue if only the restaurant was open in the evening. They had a wedding the friday night so no food except the snack appart for the beers, the snacks were crap. A part from this I would recommend it if you look for a functional, cheap and clean place to stay, you need your own transportation. The hiking in the forest around is nice but you need your own transportation to get to the start of the hikes. Pool table was nice. Sauna is also nice.

Patrick Kon 24/10/2015 15:22I was hiking the Rheinsteig. I checked into the hotel the afternoon of 4 Okt 2015. The hotel is about two miles from Bad Honnef. There is nothing but private residences nearby. When I checked in I asked if the restaurant was open. I was told it was closed, but that I could get food at the bar. Then in my room I got a telephone call from the receptionist informing me that the bar would not be opening. There were too few guests in the hotel. I asked if, under the circumstances, the hotel would pay for me to get a cab. No. I asked if I could get WiFi. I was told I had to pay 5 Euros! Did I mention the hotel is owned by Deutsche Telkom - TMobil?

Bar menu only from micro oven.
We went to town center 4km, only place where a restaurant where open
Fine breakfast menu. Hotel where service is ok but without food.
IKEA design to an old establishment
DragosJon 05/04/2015 10:28Situated somehow outside the town limits (at least from the walking perspective) Commundo Tangungshotel is nothing but a refurbished old hotel. It comes with a modern design which in my opinion does not fit with the building.
Rooms are quite tiny. I and my friends had 3 rooms and all of them presented a weird smell the moment you entered the room. Another issue was with the heat, could not make the radiator work.
Breakfast was "ok"-ish.
Atmosphere over there is quite sad. Don't see the purpose of this hotel apart for a business trip where you channel your energy on work and ignore everything else.
