Poor to not existing Service, below average conditions, decent location
Nicolae Con 29/08/2017 13:28I stayed here for 3 nights during a business trip.
Check-in worked fine but then the surprises started:
1. Breakfast is offered at 9 € which I find very expensive if I would have to pay by myself
2. They told us we were on the exact day when they do some check-ups in the room and that is mandatory to allow them in. No exact hour, no plan, just an info / disclaimer.
3. I forgot my room key at the office and when I came back reception was empty. Called the 24h service and first thing they told me: "you have to pay 40€ for someone to come at the reception"
Practical info related to the room/apartment:
- room did not have AC. Only choice to have a decent temperature was to leave the window open and accept the sound from outside. On top of that I had to give up the curtains to allow some fresh air in the room.
- bathroom is very small and they do not change any towels
- bathroom had very poor ventilation and on top of that it smelled funny
- room size was decent
Good priced and clean hotel
Reijo Bon 21/06/2017 20:05A little bit outside the central parts, but close to a subway station. Nice clean room, with everything you can expect. Bed was good and so was the service. Arrived late and left in alittlr bit of a hurry, so didn't eat anything at the hotel and can accordingly not comment on the restaurant.
Really good price, for such a good hotel, recommended.
Very Dirty Bed full with HAIR
Melike Aon 30/05/2017 18:45The hotel looks new and modern, we were so happy in the beginning to stay in there but it took only a few minutes until we see the bed. There was several hair in different length on the bed cover and pillows.
We felt so upset and went to reception desk. There was only one worker. We asked to change our room because we were in hurry but she said there was no free room in the hotel... She came to our room with us and changed the linens and the cover.
We found some more hair on the floor.
The only positive thing about the hotel was location. 10 minutes to next train station by foot.
Really nice and quiet place!

The are is very quiet and with a bus and metro station nearby.
I really recommend it!
Transport is the only setback
Mohd Razi Son 13/04/2017 12:11It was a very good three night stay at Concept Living Munich, and I would only rate it 5/5 if the transport issue was properly advised by the hotel. I spent twice the distance (walking) to reach the hotel on arrival, but found it easy to reach after learning there was a bus service connecting the train or tram stations to the hotel.
