Could have been amazing
Samantha Lon 19/05/2017 21:21What we expected and what we got were two different things. The location and lady who took care of us for most of our trip were the best we could have expected. The room was smaller than we expected, small things were broken which should have and could have been fixed easily and the wifi kept having to be reset.
Right in the Centre
Stephen the Travelleron 29/09/2016 15:22This is a bed and breakfast located less than 200 meters from the base of the Spanish Steps and 250 meters from a Metro Station. Access to the building can be a little difficult when first checking in but this added security is worthwhile. Additionally there are about ten stairs to lift your heavy bags. There is no doorman nor bellboy to assist.
The rooms are small but adequate and have all just been renovated.
Breakfast is continental and sufficient. Rinni, the lady who runs the place is fantastic. Always ready to help. There is a laundry close by, ask Rinni for directions.
Romantic retreat in the heart of Rome
Petedapugon 11/06/2015 11:46Our favourite and first choice place to stay whenever we visit Rome. Superb decor, warm welcome, clean, comfortable and right by the Spanish Steps, all major sites are within walking distance - what more could you ask for. Beautiful continental breakfast served in your room and an excellent choice of restaurants in the immediate vicinity. There is no lift so beware if your suitcase is heavy as there are several flights of stairs, but it is worth it at the end.

Wonderful honeymoon
WestGhenton 06/05/2014 03:12Greeted with a very warm welcome upon arrival from Fabio! In addition to assisting us with suggestions for getting around town also arranged for a great last night dinner. Great proximity to Spanish Steps and lots of good cafes close by. Morning breakfast good and service even better - opened up early last morning as we had to leave promptly to catch connection to airport. Would defiantly recommend.
