Fabulous Location

We have recently stayed at Hotel Condotti. The location is superb, centrally located and easy to get to anywhere. We stayed in the annexe which is located just a few steps from the main hotel. We had a room which had its own patio and although due to the weather we didn't get to sit out, it would be wonderful in summer!
The room was quiet and comfortable with all the usual amenities. It was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The reception staff were amazing, nothing was too much trouble. They arranged a taxi for us to bring us to and from the airport and the cars and drivers on both occasions were excellent. They also gave us local information about where to eat etc and their recommendations could not be faulted. They were all so helpful and I will miss their smiling faces!

An excellent hotel and we look forward to returning again. Thank you to everyone at Hotel Condotti!

My husband and I spent 4 days here and could not fault the staff. From the moment we stepped out of the cab to leaving again, they were very helpful with all our questions, and met every one of our needs! Very clean, tidy and in the middle of the nicest streets of Spagna. We walked every where from our hotel to the Vatican, st Angelo bridge and the metro to the coliseum is literally 50m walk. Would high recommend this hotel.

The enthusiastic welcome at the front desk set the tone for this hotel during our stay. Well located near the Spanish Steps and for those inclined to shop the fashion stores are within a short walk. Room 314 whilst not overly large was comfortable, clean and afforded a pleasant view over the enclosed courtyard.
Tea, coffee and a selection of prepackaged items was provided for those wanting a light breakfast. Restaurants, cafes and gelato bars are located within a short stroll from the hotel. The staff provided excellent information on sight seeing in Rome, travel connections and restaurant recommendations.
Definitely would stay here again.

A Great Stay

First time in Rome and wanted to be able to walk to few of the places to see.
This was a great choice, basically a thirty second walk to piazza di spagna yet it was tucked away, so it felt very private
Walking distance to pantheon, trevi fountain, villa borghese and shopping.
Great quick bite eateries on our street.
Room was modern, clean and my room came with a nice size patio which was wonderful.
The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful
Overall a great place to stay

We stayed in the annexed extension which is just around the corner to the full Hotel. It was wonderful! It had a flight of stairs to climb in a very quiet building. That didn't bother us, we like the exercise. There is an elevator if you need one. It is small and I don't like small spaces. It was worth the climb. It was clean, quiet, had a safe and the hotel staff was always helpful. It is just off the Spanish Steps with easy access to the Train, Wonderful Food, taxi service, and you can walk to many major locations. We had a terrific stay and found it clean, quiet, perfect location, and the staff helpful. Note, in Italy all of our beds are pretty hard and the rooms smaller than America. But, they are charming and well maintained. We slept and washed there, otherwise, we were out on the town enjoying the city. We would quickly eat breakfast just outside our hotel since it leads directly to the street with many places open in the morning.
