Do not stay here!!

We did a reservation by phone and they send us a confirmation by email with the price of two nights, when we arrived to check in as scheduled they charged us the total amount of the stay. first night was regular since the air conditioner didn't work and we couldn't sleep that night but we insisted the day after and they changed our room, while we were sleeping the second night the phone started ringing it was from the reception telling us that they undercharged us and we should go down to the lobby to pay for the difference, it was 10 pm, we told them to wait for the morning, then they called again at 11pm demanding the payment, completely harassing us from a mistake they made, they showed us their real unprofessional borderline delinquent side. It was awful, this is not a good hotel. Be aware

Good Place to Stay

It's located in a nice place, you can walk around and find many place to eat drink and also to dance. The breakfast is good and the people are friendly. I loved my room. I realy enjoyed my stay there.

Great experience but still a lot to work to be a 4 star hotel

Overall service was great. I really liked the fact that we could order breakfast over a list of items that were freshly cooked. Particularly, I don't like buffet breakfast. My only observation is that I went to ask something to the front desk and the guy was constantly begging for us to pay for the entire stay in the hotel. Honestly, we tried to pay the entire stay in advance but we couldn't when booked it. Try to be more professional and let the visitors enjoy their stay and then charge the service whenever they checkout. Thanks.

Since the hotel had a recent overhaul on the inside it became a true gem in Caracas. The outside still has to be redone.
The people at the reception are very nice and helpful and assist with anything needed from taxi's to directions.
The rooms are new and clean. The bed is very comfortable. Breakfast is served in the restaurant on the ground floor and there is a wide variety to chose from. Rooms on the side of the main road tent to be a bit more noisy but nothing severe

took this hotel on an emergency basis and was very surprised the rooms were fantastic. I think this hotel has undergone a refit because the room we had was brand new. The shower was the best shower i have had in venezuela!! one of those waterfall type from the ceiling. brand new bathrooms in travertine tiles wall to floor with granite surfaces and modern sink. If you know hotels and travel a lot you will have tried and know Marriott hotels bedding and beds, well this hotel was just as good as any marriott i have staid in. Egyptian cotton with scatter cushions, the best nights sleep for a long time. I was on the fourth floor and it was relatively quiet. wasn't really interested in the view, didn't check the pool out although i could see it from my room, basic but functional. did not eat breakfast as i had to leave early but by venezuelan standards i would class this hotels rooms as easily a four star. reasonably priced for a very good quality room, reception was very nice and pleasant staff. well worth a short term stay. was very very happy. :)
