What is expected of you if you are in the hotel business? If i were you, i would look for ambiance, great food, responsive staff, ability to go that extra mile that creates a wow experience for the guest. I made a mistake of buying a package from Naswiz Holidays for a very low price. Well at times you become susceptible to cheap offers but when the time comes for making a choice you realize you have none.

Okay coming back to Corbett Kingdom, the package got us booked in to a standard room, and the same had an old tv, noisy window fixed air conditioner, torn curtains, no view, bathroom with a shower curtain that wont stop the water flow which meant having a bath would mean water flooding.

Now food, the worst expensive food i might have ever eaten in my history. Ramnagar is not even a B class city, but well in this hotel we paid around INR 3700 for having one lunch, two dinners and one break fast plus 7 cups of tea. This hotel charges an additional amount for bottled water: so for a bottle costing INR 18, we ended up paying INR 30 plus an additional amount included under Vat and Service tax.

Service: the worst ever one could get, so my 7 year old daughter who is little sensitive to outside food especially milk products had to go without milk for three days because the hotel refused to heat the milk we brought for her. Their contention was that one has to order milk from the hotel, imagine the impact of this on younger children! They went one step ahead citing that even if one gets mineral water from outside, they wouldnt provide refrigeration for the same. Now, it took 3 hours for them to provide me an additional pillow and last but not the least, they even refused any help to get my car cleaned even for the fact that I offered to pay for it. And the joke of the day was, when I called them to order food ,, the phone went to reception and the refrain was please call the restaurant instead of transferring the call.

We stayed one night in the hotel. The room was clean and the facilities all working properly. Dinner and breakfast was really good and the room service worked out good. The service was very helpful. After our checkout we were allowed to stay the day in the garden. The only negative things were that there is no WiFi and the TV wasn't working.

Nice hotel. Good food. The Veg spring roll is very good. Decent service. Easy on pocket. Staff is a great support. They provided us breakfast at 6 a.m. in the morning. As we had early morning Safari. In all a good experience.

we stayed in a executive room, the room was small but was finely decorated, the mattress could be more comfortable, there was a very small balcony in my room but no view you can just see a noisy street, there was a bathtub in the bathroom but we couldn't use it as the water heater was not working perfectly and there was always a problem with it the housekeeping staff came twice but couldn't help because when you turn on the hot water tap there was not enough water coming out of it as to fill the tub that water couldn't even fill a bucket, there was no service provided, we called thrice to get us some water to drink , first they didn't responded the call at night and then twice we called them in the morning at 8 and they forget to provide us with water, we get it after 2 hours and then the water heater issues they didn't even helped, and then the person at the reception at the night shift was pathetic and was telling me that if we'll get even a minute late they'll charge us, I even have to go to the reception to ask for water and complain and then that was the time the day shift receptionist showed some courtesy
all n all avoid this hotel , it is not worth , and the tariff is not worth the services provided

Good location and good room

Location is very good as we looked for the Jangal Safari, very near from where the Jeep safari starts.
Rooms are good as well.
We stayed there for three nights. I think they need to improve the room service a little bit.
