Awful service
Мария Гon 05/05/2017 18:48As we had a late train, we agreed with the host to leave our things in the room. Then while we were walking around the city, we got a sms from the host that he took our things out of the room. When we came back, we found all our stuff messed up in the hall of the hotel. As Claudio guaranteed us that we could stay till the night, we left the food in the fridge and clothes for the train in the wardrobe. My handbag with the passports and some valuable things as well was in the hall where everybody could take it. After long search we found our iron in the housekeeping closet.
We're very disappointed with our choice as the hotel is expensive, the room is tiny, no soundproofing at all, not comfortable at all.
And moreover such an awful treatment of the host towards his guests...
I hope a lot that this review will be published as booking.com publishes only good reviews. Not once they don't publish bad reviews. I used a lot that website but now I don't know how to trust it... you can't be assured in the quality of the hotels with great marks.
Fabulous Core De Roma
Gayatri Ton 23/08/2016 18:12We had our 3 night stay at Core De Roma. Room was colourful and was provided with everything that needed. We had a mini fridge and a water boiler, which was very essential. Room was kept clean and tidy at all times. Location was great, we were very close to most of the attractions by both foot and bus. We were also residing right below tons of restaurant and eatery. So there was no worry of going hungry. Most importantly there was a lady by the name of Lorena, she was so lovely and helpful. She made sure we had everything we needed and always kept our rooms clean and tidy. She was very approachable and was always ready to help. Great time. 😀
Lovely service, great location
avyamkon 16/08/2016 16:07The B&B is in a great location to see all the sights in Rome, 20 minutes walk from everything. Trestavere is a fun suburb with lots of pubs. The B&B is just above one of the more lively pubs but no problems with noise at all once you close the windows.
The service was amazing, Claudio texted me well in advance and was easily contactable. He checked in on us during our stay-answering queries, arranging luggage storage on our last day.
Wifi was great- the best we had in Italy.
Breakfast is a coffee and croissant at a cafe about 300 metres away.
The rooms was basic and cleaned everyday. The toilet was smelly- after you flushed the toilet the bidet gets a smelly backwash of toilet water which was unpleasant. Shower was small. Toilets were cleaned everyday.
The service we received from the staff, the location and the cheap rooms are worth staying here.

The room was lovely, it was very clean
Loved the decor.
Core de Roma is within walking distance of all the sites in Rome.
Trastervere is a fantastic area of Rome it's so lively with amazing restaurants.
