Lousy hotel
rmemarion 29/03/2017 22:45Apart from the good location, the hotel is very disappointing. Uncomfortably Smelly room, room fridge broken, no towels available (being washed, wait till tomorrow) noisy and uncomfortable bed. General public parking space is available.

fate mon 03/12/2016 05:57We first booked a suit and the rooms were not ready till 4 pm , and they didn't have suite!! We got two seperate rooms coz the electricity was not working!!! And today it was raining and all our things were showered with water!! Worst ever

Rajesh Kon 26/07/2016 07:21The location is the one outstanding thing about this hotel. Right across the Marina with excellent views of the Gulf, the hotel is 10 mins walk from some the best malls, shopping and great food destinations. The staff is courteous and always ready to help.
Would recommend for business travelers. Am sure it would be a hit in the winters when the weather is better for beach activities.

KCAjithon 25/01/2016 09:43The hotel is located just off the Marina Mall on the Arabian Gulf Street. With low traffic density on Road 5 leading from the airport, it took just about 20 minutes to reach the hotel. The hotel had given complementary pick up and drop.
The Visas were also processed by the hotel. The original Visas were awaiting us at the immigration counter and the going in was smooth except for the rush at that time due to many flights coming in around 9:30 PM.
Two of us stayed in a suite that had a view of the Gulf. The room was spacious with a very large bathroom too. There was a welcome platter of fruits and two bottles of drinking water every day. Tea and coffee making facility was also available. Free toiletries were also refreshed daily with the towels change.
The complementary breakfast served in the small dining area on the 12th floor was adequate, although the spread was limited. The menu remained the same everyday.
There is a small fitness center with a couple of treadmills and a stepper. The access to the this pace was by using the key card.
The first day of the stay, we asked for a taxi and it was arranged through the hotel. The same driver served us through out our stay, whenever we wanted him.
As in any other Hotel, the laundry charges were very high, hence was not used.
